App is terrible
I am really frustrated with the ‘new and improved app’. It continually doesn’t work, won’t show by balance on the home page and keeps dropping out. I have deleted and reinstalled the new app, updated it regularly and still it fails to work properly. Fix it please.

My god what have you done with this app? Downloaded the latest version. It takes 4 times for facial recognition to work, then my balance appears on the summary page for a millisecond before disappearing - can’t see it. I go to transactions and I am kicked out and have to reopen app, which is pointless because I can’t see my balance. How could you get that so wrong? You can’t deploy an app upgrade, I have lost faith in your ability to manage my money and am actively looking around.

App never works
Logging on keeps rolling on until you go to a page then when you click on a selection you are logged out plus you can only log on with one device, so you can’t log on with your iPads and your iPhone
Total amount?
It used to be very good but now seems to have a glitch. When it opened before, your amount was there for you to see but now it seems to face recognition 3 times then takes you to the deposits that go into your account with no account total to be found.
Crashes when opening
The app seems to crash when I view the transactions tab. I have updated to the latest version and it still doesn’t work.

The app is not working your bug fixes did not work and it’s extremely hard to access the app and there is no balance available and it is still working very very slowly, please fix!!!!!!!
Terrible app
There’s not much to say, it’s a terrible app. On a positive it works sometimes, and probably can’t get too much worse. You would think a major superannuation player could do much better, but looks like that’s not their interest. Best of luck.
Falling over
Falling over all the time . Reinstalled still having problems. Facial recognition seems to be a problem.
Hope this is temporary
App has recently become almost unusable. From repeated “service unavailable” messages or displaying facial recognition view over and over. Getting sick of reinstalling every time I want to use the app.
False advertising
You are unable to withdraw your money using the app and transfer funds to another account without downloading a form and then emailing it to them. Other funds provide easy access to your account for withdrawal and transfer funds plus you are charged a fee to withdraw funds

When I get this message the only way it works is if I delete the app and download it again. I do this once or twice a week on my iPhone and iPad. I wish it would just work.

On opening app does not appear to display correctly. This has been happening for sometime. Is there a glitch in the system or isn’t my phone?

The app doesn’t display the full screen when you go into it, very annoying! The old app worked just fine
Home Screen broken
Generally the app is quite good and does what it needs to but recently the balances on the Home Screen have disappeared and you have to scroll down to access.
