Terrible app
There’s not much to say, it’s a terrible app. On a positive it works sometimes, and probably can’t get too much worse. You would think a major superannuation player could do much better, but looks like that’s not their interest. Best of luck.
Falling over
Falling over all the time . Reinstalled still having problems. Facial recognition seems to be a problem.
Hope this is temporary
App has recently become almost unusable. From repeated “service unavailable” messages or displaying facial recognition view over and over. Getting sick of reinstalling every time I want to use the app.
False advertising
You are unable to withdraw your money using the app and transfer funds to another account without downloading a form and then emailing it to them. Other funds provide easy access to your account for withdrawal and transfer funds plus you are charged a fee to withdraw funds

Constantly says ‘Service unavailable, try again later’
When I get this message the only way it works is if I delete the app and download it again. I do this once or twice a week on my iPhone and iPad. I wish it would just work.

On opening app does not appear to display correctly. This has been happening for sometime. Is there a glitch in the system or isn’t my phone?

The app doesn’t display the full screen when you go into it, very annoying! The old app worked just fine
Home Screen broken
Generally the app is quite good and does what it needs to but recently the balances on the Home Screen have disappeared and you have to scroll down to access.

Using this app I was able to find and rollover 3 lost super funds in about 5 minutes. Couldn’t be more grateful.

We all know about Trump and his stupidity but I at least saw what was about to happen to the stock market so I requested changes to my strategy and to put it all in cash. Due to slowness in getting it changed I lost several thousand .

Tired of downloading this app, setting up a pin etc. Work for a couple of days then says it’s unavailable. Only fix is to delete and redownload. Bad stuff.
