Stopped working, can’t get my personal information

I’ve used this app successfully for years, but within the past month or so, it’s completely broken. There is an error “Hmm. That didn’t work… 503” on every module.
At this point I’d just like to export my personal information (which now I can not even view) and delete my account, but there is no way to do so.

Great app

This app has been my go to for a number of years now, brilliant for keeping track of my symptoms however in the last few days I can’t log in. I keep getting an error message, deleted and tried again but no joy. Any ideas?

Disappointing

The supporting articles are so basic they are totally unhelpful. None of the resources amount to real knowledge. I’m cancelling and deleting this app.

Uninstalled and happy with alternative

It always gave me an error:500. Meaning I couldn’t save anything. I spent 20 minutes genuinely trying to figure it out.

Poor symptom tracking

The app only allows for tracking of symptoms by day. Hot flashes occur throughout the day and not being able to track time and potential triggers makes the app worthless to me.

App was great for a week!

Then I got signed out and couldn’t regain access. I was bummed that I lost my tracking, but went ahead and created a new profile and started again. Lo and behold, I can’t get in again! This nonsense is not something a perimenopausal woman will put up with. Off to find a new app! 🙄

Pretty good

So far so good, but I wish “emotional” was a symptom I could log and track. I’m just using “mood swings”instead, but that’s not entirely accurate.

Nice app

I want to subscribe to premium, but the subscribe button seems disabled

Daily calendar for logging would be helpful

I love this app! It’s very intuitive and useful and helps calm my anxiety about symptoms. One thing that would be very helpful is a calendar (similar to those on apps that track menstrual periods). I’d like to be able to track my symptoms throughout the day just to see how often I’m having hot flashes, mood swings etc.

It was a good app!

I was recommended by my GP in the U.K.
After I started going into the perimenopause at 45. And this app worked a treat. Made me understand my symptoms changing in my body etc.
But lately the app has been crashing a LOT.
So I got in contact with support. And they have been helping but it still crashes. And yes I have updated my iPhone, still crashes.
So unfortunately I am now searching for another app for menopause sadly.
Nice when it lasted.

Needs much improvement to be useful

This app is okay for learning info about symptoms, but so is google. The "analytics" don't show big picture or longer term cyclical information, just a couple days at a time, which isn't helpful. It also frequently doesn't save logged information. So going back to try to look up dates of occurrences, symptoms, etc., is impossible. Those two features were the primary things I was looking for in this app.

Ability to track hot flashes missing

I was hoping for a quick and easy button to simply log every time I have a hot flash. All I see are tracking a plethora of symptoms and severity, but not the day and time, and frequency, of each flash.

Needs updates

Love this app for tracking but i can’t get notifications to work and this app hasn’t been updated in a year. Does anyone still update this app or do i need to find a different app? For now, I’m putting a reminder to track in my phone.

Awesome

Awesome app

Needs a calendar view

I liked this app for how much daily info/symptoms you could enter, but have become frustrated with its lack of a bigger picture: There’s no calendar view to get a sense of patterns over time: you can only view one week’s worth of symptoms at a time. For putting in SO much daily info, looking back over only one week is just useless.

Problem of creating my account

I downloaded this app but I can’t use it because I can’t create my account due an internal error!

Not all the features work

There are several parts of this (eg. “Want to see something new?” which lead to dead pages. I can’t see when posts are made (no dates), and when I went to check an event link posted in a comment, discovered the event was a year ago. How do I make a new post? I don’t see anywhere to do that. I’ve noticed that two days after I got my last COVID booster shot, my hot flashes have started back up when they were under control before. How do I post to see if others are experiencing this?

Fantastic friend

This has been a wonderful source of information, and an amazing site for any woman going through this time of her life.
It takes you through every mine field the menopause can throw at us, and let’s us know, we are not alone.
