Useless. Don’t Bother!!!
The app is useless unless CARTS gets more busses, drivers, and routes! Every date and time I entered, it came back “No Rides Available”. I could guess at times all day, but why? App should at least let me put in the date and time I need a ride and then they could come back and say, they can’t do that, but first available would be “x”.

She was nice to me until she found out WHERE I AM AT which is LIBERTY HILL! MISLEADING!! Just like a man!!!

The app doesn’t work for me
I don’t know if the app simply can’t book rides locally or whether I am doing something wrong. No matter the date or time, I can’t book any rides (everything is grayed out). I have to call the reservation number and book a ride that way. My telephone booked rides show up in the app, but I can’t book them myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
