Very user friendly , fast and easy to use , highly recommended. Only thing I kind of don’t like is when users chat I get random names like salmon, but not a big issue and some users prefer it due to simplicity and not having to fill up their info.

This app helped raised my sales, why? I had a lot of clients visiting my website but didn’t actually buy, this chat helped raised sales, because sometimes clients have questions, and they will not make the move to send an email from your contact page. Having the pop up of a live person answering questions help them to buy at the same moment. Exemple, they ask the questions they had, and they are more likely to buy what they were looking into. I Definitely recommend.
