Terrible customer service when an issue arises. Border line incompetent and dishonest. Will not use again.

Chewy is perfect for pets and pet parents. Delivery is fast, customer service is always so helpful. The chat with a vet feature is so nice for quick questions. Chewy also has options for everything my cats may need. I like it a lot

Too Difficult to Find My Favorites
I shopped for food for our pets and favorited multiple brands. It then took me 10 mins to figure out how to find the Favorites list. Make it easier. Put it on the toolbar or immediately on the Account page.
