Not often but today’s experience -
Received dry chicken filet and hard bread w/ soggy not cooked thorough fries. Doesnt normally happen but today is not the best experience.

Dumb feature
Why should I have to click I’m already at the restaurant for them to start making the food. The moment I pay & they take the money out my account is when the food should get started so by the time I get there it’ll be ready. No other food app has a dumb feature like that I hope they remove it
App is glitching
Whatever recent update was made has not let me order in the app for the past 24-36 hours. Please fix.
Doesn't work apparently
Placed an order 30 minutes before my lunch break only for the workers to tell me they never received an online order. Verified store number and address, and was told to cancel and re order. App still shows my order is being made. A refund would be cool, but it is what it is.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! The customer service awesome! The food, chefs kiss! And I love how easy it is to access my app to place my order and it’s ready as soon as I get there. Chick-fil-A is 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend!!

App no longer works
Havent been in three months, added 25$ then and now sit at restaurant and app will not go to menu to order anything. Please fix! All updates done on all devices.... still not working but am in contact with support.
