How could u not love getting gifts for spending money
Won’t just place your order if your not next to the store
Always a wait when I pick up because they wait to make your order until you’re next to or in the store. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead entirely.
Autism friendly
My little on the spectrum. We go to this location daily, sometimes multiple times a day due to her current sensory needs and special interests. I have never had a bad experience at chick fil a, in fact, the inviting staff and holiday lights were part of how I convinced my kiddo to eat chicken..
The staff is outstanding and are great at building a rapport that as an autism mom, I love bringing my kiddo.
My parents also speak very highly of Chik Fil A and frequent it often.
Long story short, this is always our go to family friendly spot where we always have great customer service and top tier food!
This location also holds stellar events that have always been very accommodating and well planned to accommodate and include all kiddos!

I love this app
I have absolutely no problem with this app like I do the other fast food apps. I cannot think of one complaint about Chick fil A mobile app. Thanks you Chick fil A for not putting restrictions on how we can use our earned points. #JESUSCHRIST

11:30 not a long line but a long wait outside
The food is great! The drinks are awesome. The wait is too long. I went early-11:30 so I would beat the rush. I pulled right up in the drive thru and gave my order. I thought, great. When I pulled up there was only one line where you could pick up your food. I had to wait a long time. I was late to work because of it. Only one person was giving the orders to customers. Why? So slow

App doesn’t work most of the time
The majority of the time the app won’t work when we’re at the restaurant. It won’t scan and or it’ll lose the order completely.
Let me see menu without starting an order.

Not Great
Placed an order at 8:55, while the restaurant was still open and I was physically there. The app accepted it but apparently didn’t tell the restaurant to make it. By the time I asked where my order was, they had closed at 9:02. An employee then reached over and touched my phone without asking, and the order was canceled. That’s probably the weirdest part. I didn’t hand her my phone. I showed her the screen and without asking she either canceled it or clicked I was there then it was canceled.
If I place an order while I’m at the restaurant, the app should know I’m there and send it to be prepared. This system makes no sense.

Inconsistent/left me at the ordering screen while taking orders from the other
The fries are inconsistent never filled always soggy and I just waited 10 minutes at the window to place my order for them to take the other car. We pulled up way after me first.

App is very easy to navigate through and to use your points once you’re familiar with it.
You can’t order ahead
I tried the order ahead feature so I can just pick it up and go without waiting.
Unfortunately, it’s not quite there yet.
You’re probably better off just going there and ordering in person.
I saw people in line and in the drive through get priority.
Just do that for the fastest service.
