App intentionally stalls when I’m trying to redeem reward
Took away automatic favorites
The old version of the app would automatically track and favorite items that you frequently ordered. That functionality is gone. Now you have to manually tap on the heart to favorite a menu item, name it and then save it. So something that was previously automatic now requires 3 clicks to manually enable. That’s not an improvement to app functionality.

Employees consistently forget to add condiments and items such as stir sticks for coffee and straws for drinks to the customers orders. The Hwy 663 location in Midlothian, Tx has much room for improvement.
