Unable to withdraw funds

I’ve used my iPhone to take a photo of my passport and then the system required me to take an image of me where I had to move my face to the left or right, the system did show the green bars on each side. I then received a message “Could not verify your identity”
This really seems cumbersome

Great App

Used this to collect for a work sweepstake (World Cup) and it was so easy to set up. Quick withdrawal options when it came time to payout
I will definitely use this again
One thing to point out you will need ID to withdraw any money but it’s a easy process
