The App is Broken
After the last app update it’s broken. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the issue remains. I have searched for a support link for the app but it doesn’t exist. I can’t find any contact to notify of the issue with the app so at this time the app is useless to me. I will have to find another way to track my Skyrizi injections. I’m running the latest version of the app and my IOS is also on the latest version. The issue began after the last app update a couple weeks ago.

Don’t Trust this App!
I trusted this app for tracking my humira injections and am very sorry I did. With no notice whatsoever, they destroyed all my years of shot, side effect, and symptom data. They say contact them at customer support. What a joke. Called consumer services many times. They claim all my data is just gone. If I could give Abbvie 0 stars, I would. Also, somehow this review keeps disappearing. Hmm, wonder how their numbers on this app, with all the recents 1s they have been getting, is so high. I had given it a 5 too before they got rid of my years of data.

Never gets past the signup.

This app is a great tool and resource to keep track of your medications and prescribing details.
App sucks now
Unable to access my information. I can’t remember the last date of my dose. I keep trying to enter my pin and reset it multiple times. Not even the temporary pins work. Now it keeps saying there is a network error which bs because I’m able to use my other apps fine. Take it from me. Make sure you have another place to put your dates and not trust this app.

No more humira
I don’t know why the humira isn’t available anymore but thanks to them removing it I missed my dose yesterday yay me ✨
Convenient
I’m new to Skyrizi, I am excited for the process of my severe psoriasis. I’m thankful to God that we have this kind of medication to help us in need. Thank you Skyrizi! Thank you for helping our lives get back to normal!
Doesn’t store critical data
I have been using the SkyRizi Complete app for multiple years to track my symptoms. And I recently noticed that EVERY SINGLE one of my symptom logs has disappeared! I still see all the past treatment logs, just not the symptom logs. I contacted support only to learn that symptom data is never saved past your current device (despite treatment data being saved to the cloud, showing they clearly have the capacity to do this). Pretty bad design considering people get new phones after a few years, and this information is hidden multiple pages deep into the account tab. I did get a new phone recently, and now years of critical health data is gone forever!

Slow and unhelpful
It’s slow to login (which customer support justified to me because it was designed that way), and you can’t log different kinds of symptoms. Better to avoid this app & the headaches, and use a symptom tracker better suited to log medications and symptoms. Note to add I did email customer support and they told me that the app was designed to perform that way. Unhelpful.
