Charged, no real program

Subscribed because the listing promised a guided training program. What I got was a confusing, thin app that did not walk me through a clear plan. I cancelled and asked Apple for a refund. Denied. I emailed the developer, then followed up. No reply.

SCAM

Don’t fall for this scam. It offers half off and then charges you for the full year and blocks you out. This is a total scam. Disappointed to see this on the App Store.

Terrible, basic, not worth the money

The app is terrible it dosent have a single video or actual helpful simulation just gives you the most basic exercises you can find online in a matter of seconds or simply asking chat gpt gives you more information than this app it is a waste of money don’t be fooled by the ad this takes advantage and is no help at all

Response from developer

Hi, I’m really sorry Control didn’t meet your expectations. I want to clarify one important thing for anyone reading this: Control is not built around “secret” or flashy exercises. Many effective techniques for improving control are well-known and intentionally simple. Where Control is different is how those techniques are selected, structured, and adapted to the individual. The goal of the app is to help users figure out which exercises work best for them, apply them consistently, and track real-world results over time so the plan can improve. That personalization and feedback loop is where most people struggle when trying to do this on their own. That said, if this experience felt disappointing or not worth the cost, I’m genuinely sorry. If you’d like a refund or want to share more detailed feedback, you can reach me directly at adam@controltheapp.com. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. — Adam, Co-Founder of Control
