Even when you uncheck every single box for emails they still bombard you every day with lots of stupid emails. Spam spam spam spam spam spam spam don’t even bother with them you’ll just have constant emails spammed every day and you can’t get away from it

The list of issues with Crisp is endless. You can sign up with Google on the website, but then this app requires a password making it impossible to login without resetting your account. And people have pointed this out in reviews and yet they haven’t updated the app. The settings for the chat window are seemingly completely ignored. Their platform specific libraries seem to randomly stop working or never start working at all. Push notifications even once set up never get delivered. In app notifications that don’t require any special set up rarely fire. And their own support chat is pure AI slop. It’s impossible to get real support for any issue which you will certainly encounter. Do yourself a favor and do not download this app or engage with this company in anyway. Run!

Not the same as web
The app is decent but not even close to the functions of the web based platform. The search function on the app is also not good at all because it won’t recognize past chats in full, specially when searching emails of customers

After updating on the 17th of September 2025, my app refused to open. Once I click open it will by force and close immediately. Guys don’t update yet
