App Doesnt Connect
Worked fine for a while, now the app cannot find any machine, even when standing right in front of it with good internet.
Suggestions
The app really needs the ability to scan a machine and send a ping to someone as a reminder, I’ve encountered multiple times people leave their stuff in a machine for HOURS… for that matter the submit feedback in the app is broken

Good app but if you move out they are not refunding your unused dollars
I moved out of my last place some time ago and even today my request to refund my money to my cards fails stating refund not allowed. There is a way which doesn’t work, no way to contact them. Good luck getting your money back!

truly the worst. every week the machines or apps have an outage. this company is a leech, bring back purely coin-operated machines.

Its a third rated app. Always get logged out of it. Info provided by the app is always incorrect. I have funds in my account but can’t log back it. Sucks
STEELS MONEY
Very glitch sometimes it doesn’t even start the washer or dryer and I’ve requested refunds for it and was DENIED?!?!
Also it’s $2.50 to use a machine and when I moved in it was $1.50, 2 years ago. No changes have been made to the machines and they just keep charging more

Does not work at all
Washers and Dryers are free at my school but it won’t let me use the monitoring of the app without adding funds. Waste of time!
Inconsistent and terrible
Works half the time, charges a "convenience fee" for using a card even while the app itself is offline, slow to start, doesn't allow for custom dollar amount refills anymore, customer service is slow to refunds (still waiting on a request from a year ago and this blocks further refund requests). This must be a shell for something else because I've never been able to get in contact with their customer service and every time time I try to submit feedback through the app itself it says "error try again later"

doesn’t work
The app is unbearably slow and refuses to connect to the machines in my building, saying i have no internet connection when I have bars and can get to websites on my browser. Not having a browser version anyway is ludicrous, but if you are only going to offer an app it should actually work.

I’m already paying 2.50 to start the wash, decides to sign me out about half the time I open the app, then when I’m finally going to scan an unclosable ad pops up. App sucks.
Works about half the time
I am very dissatisfied with this app. I use it in the building that I live in and it works about half the time when I use the washers and dryers. There have been multiple times when the transaction has gone through and the machine hasn’t started, thus charging me for nothing. When it does work, it normally takes four or more times of me scanning the QR code and attempting to pay before the machine turns on. Often, it won’t work completely, and I have to pay an extra “convenience fee” on the machine for not using the app. I have reached out requesting help twice, and have not received a response.

Oh my god
Actually the worst app I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. Takes 24 hours to update a card when you try to fix a mistake. I can't even sign into the account I have because I'm NEVER EMAILED WITH A PASSWORD RESET REQUEST. I had to drag my clothes all the way back to my dorm because of this.

There’s no way in hell I’ve been using this app for 3 years and the processing is still this goddamn slow. Improve on this first all these other updates have been unreasonably useless

For some reason the laundry units at my uni has stickers saying we should download this app to keep track of our load but it asks for money when we get our laundry done for free so??? And no one is pointing it out and I’m so confused. And when I check to see when there are units available it just lies

CSC STEALS
Somehow, my CSC pay account ends up negative. How would that be possible were they not stealing from me? Half of the washer dryer machine machines in my building don’t even work and yet somehow pricing increases every other day. These people are crooks.
Terrible Business that Coerces Users to Inflate Ratings. Avoid
I have been held hostage by this app as my landlord uses it. In addition to charging 2.25-2.50$ per wash/dry (not even a sizeable unit), it has many other large issues. The first is not to trust the rating, as they offer users extremely misleading rewards (offering 30$ of free stuff, but with a catch that you need to spend 25+ and have very limited options) in exchange for a 5 star review. The units are in the basement, where I occasionally don’t get service, and its response to no service is to log me out. I used Apple to sign in, and today the option to do that disappeared and wouldn’t let me sign in with email OR reset my password, meaning my account was stranded with the funds I had on it. They also did not refund when I mistakenly ran a load on a broken machine (they have the capability to prevent transactions from happening). They poached every opportunity to take your money, from letting broken machines—that they take forever to repair—accept transactions, over-complicate logging into your account with funds on it WHILE forcefully logging you out, and overcharging for their services. Their business model relies on ripping off users who have no choice but to tolerate them.
