Wrong i created my account with both apps that are similar but not the same I guess. I never got the $5 credit.

App removed button to request refund
This app has never been great, but it usually has worked. Except now they removed the option to request a refund under the more menu, and the website doesn’t allow you to request a refund, instead directing you to use the app. Very shady!
They steal your money.
I had $5 in the app the last time I used it, but today when I went to use it, I found I’d been logged out; when I finally got back in, my account balance was negative—-$1.25. Let me ask you this: how the hell does a laundry account end up with a negative balance when you can't use the machines if you don't have money? And one last question: where is the $5.00 I had? I want my money back today.

Not worth the money
Very disappointing laundry facilities. I loaded money into CSCPay because I expected to be able to wash my clothes, but when I went to the laundry room, the machines were either being occupied for long periods, out of service, or extremely dirty with dog hair. I’ve also had a machine break while I was doing laundry before, and my clothes were not properly washed even after having to dry them multiple times. I previously contacted CSCPay about the issue and did not receive a helpful response or get my money back. I shouldn’t have to keep paying for machines that don’t properly work. This needs to be addressed.

Will not stay logged in. Cannot keep track of laundry cycle time remaining because of constant logouts.

I truly have no words. It never works and tells me I need to turn my Bluetooth on when it is always on. Useless and steals your money half the time
Useless garbage
The app doesn’t let you choose how much money to put in it so you have to pray that the price of the service is divisible by their set amount. The app borderline exists in the hope that you leave money in it when you never have to use it again.
Plus, the bluetooth connection refused to detect half of the appliances in my apartment building and I would much rather just tap a credit card than have this bloatware taking up any space on my devices.

Terrible App
App doesn’t let you create a new account
Horrible app, but you’re forced to use it
They say it is optional, but charge you for not using it, customer service hard to reach, and unreliable app. Had to log in again and the money I put in is gone, don’t know if I’ll get that back
App sucks, washer sucks.
If you want to lose all your money, download this app.
Consistent billing issues
App doesn’t allow me to add funds to my account at all. I’ve contacted support about this issue and reported it multiple, but nothing has been done to fix the problem.

This app only opens when it feels like it. I have to sit here and try to log in multiple times for hours before I’m even able to open the app. It’s been like that ever since they switched from cards to the app. Should’ve left the card system.

EDIT: I’ve filed a consumer complaint against this company with the State of Illinois Attorney General’s Office. This company is committing fraud by refusing to refund customer funds. This is clearly a company-wide policy to deny customer’s their own money and the state of Illinois will be investigating this further.

Doesn’t Refund your money
It doesn’t refund your money if you have left over. avoid this app !!! You won’t get your money back
Update broke the app
My cards got deleted, and I cannot add them back because I get an error. Your help tab tells me I have no internet. Your announcement tab crashes my app entirely. I cannot click request refund as the app just sits in a loading screen. This app is awful.

Terrible
They come out immediately for a service request but never respond to refund request. Very poor service and bad management. Wouldn’t recommend but also a monopoly in their industry so not much of a choice
