why tf every time i open the app yall constantly take money off my card when im not even hitting refill. yes my money goes back to my card after damn near making me broke afterwards
I dread using this app whenever I do laundry
App is extremely slow, never connects to the right washers and dryers, charges me then doesn’t transfer through to the washer/dryer so I end up getting charged twice without any refund. 50/50 chance it charges me twice and overall a poorly built app that NEEDS any update.

All the other reviews are correct. If someone posts a positive, it’s a fake. No one that I know of uses this app anymore. Better to go to coin laundry. Our apartment complexes consist of nothing but broken, unmaintained equipment. No matter how much you report, nothing is done for months. Dryers do not dry. Come out the way the laundry went in. If request a refund, you will never get. I have refund requests going back two years! Yes… 2! Property management doesn’t care, as long as CSC gives them their cutback. Save time and money. Go to coin laundry.

System needs to be fixed
I’ve been using the mobile app for a couple of years now, and it increasingly is frustrating to use. The UI is not super intuitive and there are many tabs/options that go nowhere or don’t really do what you think that they do. I’ve had the machines break down on me a couple of times now and still haven’t gotten a refund since the first one I filed almost 2 years ago now hasn’t changed in status and it won’t let me file another while the first one is still “pending”. The landing page is bad, there are times it will randomly force you to try and make an account with no option to log in with an already existing account, forcing me to just twiddle my thumbs and do nothing with it.
The app supposedly tells you how many machines are available but I have never once seen it show the amount of dryer or washer units we have at our laundry building, let alone how many can be used at the time. Speaking of which, it’s supposed to tell you when you’re laundry is done but the timer has never been accurate, which may just be estimates but I never use its alert system to tell me when my laundry is ready. I can’t even send these complaints to a feedback system; supposedly there is a review section but I’ve never seen any confirmation that my feedback was received let alone addressed in any way. I guess there’s not much I should expect from a service like this but when the price constant goes up and the service continues to stagnate it’s a wonder how you’re still in business.

Nothing ever works but you keep raising prices!! I have been waiting on a refund since last year and have yet to receive it! I have called and your associates don’t know anything. A donkey could have done the job better. I don’t know why my building use you but i understand why more people are going to the laundromat then to use your services! App only works half the time and rarely connects to machines to start cycle

Terrible experience with CSC laundry machines. These are old machines that constantly have problems, and unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this system.
Last Sunday, the dryer did not work after I paid to use it. I requested a refund, and instead of resolving the issue, my account was deleted. I have pictures and proof of what happened.
This is completely unacceptable. Residents deserve reliable machines and proper customer support, not an app and laundry system that creates more frustration every time there is a problem. Ridiculous app!

Difficult to add money and consistent machine not found issues
Useless and gets worse
Used to be I could depend on the app when doing laundry on the road. Now I’m finding machines always out of order, defecting card readers and app.
Feels like a scam
If I had any other choice I would use any other service provider. Not only does the app constantly take your money and then fail to start the machine (good luck getting a refund) but it also will log you out and zero out your account balance when you log back in- effectively taking any money you might have had on the account.

So Many Issues
This app works fine most of the time, but has so many issues and is extremely frustrating when it does not work as it wastes my time and money. The machines have stolen my money after not working and you have to stay on hold for 20

Also, NONE of the machines have ever accepted a card or Apple Pay even though they’re supposed to, so if the app is having issues connecting to the machine you’re screwed. Many times, I have put my clothes and detergent in the machine only for the CSC thing to have an issue even though the machine is fully functional. They need to service their point of use readers, but what are we gonna do if they don’t, we don’t have any other choice, so that’s why I am leaving this review. These should just be simple card readers, the whole QR/ Bluetooth thing introduces another level of complexity that is completely unnecessary and adds absolutely 0 value or ease of use.

Needs work
This app is broke payment issues and crash, bugs are terrible - The machines also never work properly even after getting credits my clothes stayed SOAKED because dryers don’t work and machine doesn’t drain.
UI is so bad
App is glitchy. I can’t add money they were not accepting any cards. I would have given them 0 stars. Never works for me.
Broken app, no refunds
App is completely useless. I recommend anyone using this app and trying to get a refund do a chargeback through your bank. That’s the only way you’ll get your money back, and it also costs more money to the company to process a chargeback, which lowers their ratings with credit card companies. Hopefully they learn their lesson and other laundry companies drive them out of business.

Fraudulent charges
I used this service when I lived in a building that used this service. I since moved. It’s been years. All of a sudden the company self authorized charges on my bank card. If you don’t use this service any more. I advise to block them from having access to your bank account as you may also experience these charges showing up.

I don’t know what changed on the last update but the app barely works now. I can’t log in usually, when I can log in i can’t add money, I can’t use the money I already added.
