Not too shabby
This app runs pretty quick and smoothly. I like it and have no problem using it when laundry day comes around. However, it’s always late when it comes to letting me know that my load finished. At least 10-15 minutes late to be exact.

The laundry facilities at Extended Stay are well kept and are easily accessible. It makes my stay feel like I’m home!
Red Flag
I will never move into another rental that uses CSCPay Mobile. I will pay 25¢ for 15 minute “top offs” and it will just eat my money. I am currently on hold with customer service to process a refund for a machine that broke yesterday. This phone call has taken 10 minutes of my life and counting. I cannot submit a refund request through the app because I have an outstanding request from OVER A YEAR AGO. Horrible customer service and scetcky machines.

Refunds not allowed?
You use the app and can only load in their decided amounts which requires you to leave money attached to account. I tried to have the balance refunded with the “refund” button and got the notification “Refunds not allowed”. If you do not download and pre-fund the app for laundry they charge you an additional $.25 each transaction. Which turns out cheaper than using the app. It’s theft. I have $2 left on the app and cannot just load enough to do a load. It’s a business, it ain’t a charity. But I will carry my laundry to a laundromat just on principle now.

I’ve been locked out of this app for years and there’s nothing I can do. It won’t let me change my password. It won’t let me login Another Way.

This app sucks
This app worked fine until I updated my phone (Air). The app has gone back in time to 2008. Doesn’t hold onto login data or payment data. Sends me out to Web 1.0 browser screens. Tells me to come back in 24 hours. Nothing happens when I come back in 24 hrs. When I try to use a cc with their pos devices connected to the machines in the laundry room it takes a minimum of three tries to connect and they add on a surcharge. Why? Because their app is broken. Terrible customer experience.

I am paying you money to do my laundry. Please stop forcing me to look at ads.
Not worth it.
You will lose money on the app for times when the machine will not start. It’s the risk you take if cash or cards are not an option. I have not received refunds. Good luck.
Like the app. Rewards? Not so much
Having to go to a machine to put money on a card was so inconvenient, so this app was a great idea. I like that it tells you which machines are in use and when they’re available, although I wish there was some sort of indicator that could also tell you if clothes are still in the machine. In another century, I guess. Lol.
The rewards, though, are not very beneficial. It would be great if customers got credit applied to their accounts for laundry instead. That would be more helpful than those “rewards.”

Slow and full of ads
The app is slow. The app constantly pops up ads. Trying to start a wash? Sure. Let's spin for a long time and show you an ad, then not work and have to start all over again. Garbage.
Paying with coins is better than this app
This app spams ads, is annoying to use, laggy, and it takes longer to use than just paying with coins
Horrible App
This app has never functioned well for me. I got logged out of my account (for no reason?) and when I try to do password recovery (from continue on my own email I might add) a notification pops up saying I need to be using my own email… like what? Are you serious? What a piece of garbage. Tried to go into the client portal online, submitted my email for a password reset twice, and no email from support at all. Horrible company, horrible app.

wish i could use coins. this app is not convenient at all. they do unexpected updates, they like to charge you extra. they will also put you on hold while they verify your not a fake person. they left me on hold for more then 15 minutes.

No longer works properly
This app used to be incredibly helpful in telling me the laundry status and allowing me to pay. Now it never works. It doesn’t connect to the washers/dryers and it shows me the room status of a truck stop that I haven’t been to in months.

The app is completely broken. Says not connected to internet when clearly connected. Try to connect to machine to pay and it just freezes up completely to point that you have to close it and reopen it. The response for machine service is non existent. We’ve had a washer and dryer down for two months with no change. Now both washers and dryers are down and I can’t even submit a ticket to get it fixed. Can’t get the money in my account refunded because the app won’t respond. The phone numbers on the machines don’t connect. When everything was actually working, the prices would increase with no warning over night. Sometimes in between loads! Terrible app, terrible service, terrible company. If I could give negative stars I would.

Pure garbage. Moving apartments to escape it
If I could give negative stars, I would. This app connects to the machines maybe 30% of the time. On the rare occasion I actually get a washer to start, the dryers completely fail to connect, leaving me stranded with wet clothes. Out of every consumer product I have ever used, CSC is hands-down the absolute worst. I am stuck using them through my apartment building, and I have officially decided not to renew my lease solely because of how painful it is to use this service. Avoid at all costs.
