The app sucks
To many updates and now it won’t let me update it has me paying over $10 just to update
This is one lousy app
One would think that this would be developed in order to make it easier for someone to get transported to and from medical appointments/facilities. But it’s not. Possibly the most glitchy app I’ve ever used! Doesn’t recognize member numbers, will not allow you to add your address when trying to book a ride, good luck putting in a pick up address. If a driver cancels, you’re left to trying to find a correct number to call in order to get a ride as the app is of no help. Says one must inquire 24 hours to book. Fix this app! Make it work as it’s a wonderful service and very much needed but this format is just lousy!

Full of bugs prepared to call
Always bugs, updates slow, no way to really report issues. 6/26/26 app would not estimate distance, confusing seeing background actions as it loops to Uber. Who are the coders? Where’s QA? Lyft app does not connect to CTC-Go, safety issue! Make time to call for rides.

Latest update sucks
The app was working fine until the latest update. Now I have to call my insurance to activate my ride because I can’t do it on the app since it stays on the loading screen then times out. It works fine to book the ride but when I’m done with my appointment and click activate ride, it’s stuck on a loading screen until it times out.

Latest update broke the app
Now completely unable to make a reservations as the app doesn’t calculate the distance when the departure and the destination addresses are entered, and generates the error

Worst app and company I have ever seen. They even restricted my account because I prefer online booking

This app solely exists to get you to call them instead, do not bother using. I cannot think of any other reason they made the app so unusable otherwise.

Each Update Makes This Worse
Apparently “bug fixes and user experience improvements” means make the app unusable. It wants to force auto-population, but will not pull up the medical facility or doctor correctly. If you manage to do so, it now auto fills the address in the FACILITY NAME, blocking your ability to put in the address, but then won’t let you complete the booking unless you put in an address (which the app does not allow you to do). When you call the number it suggests you can use the app, which would be great if you could actually use the app.

Wrong locations
Before the app was updated it worked very well without any problem when I asked for trips for my dialysis treatment the uber person arrived in front of my house correctly and also in the dialysis clinic arrived correctly, but since the application was updated now the Uber people who take me to my treatment arrive 50 meters from my house and when I go to the clinic the uber person leaves me 30 meters from the clinic in an alley that is very bad they should update the map with the correct locations.

App stopped working…
i haven’t been able to schedule rides thru the app for months.. it just says it’s temporarily unavailable.. and calling on the phone and scheduling is a lot of work.. wish it would be fixed but it’s been months
