Cant log in
Havent been able to log in for a year. Redownloaded, changed info, reset phone. Nothing works.

One sided
When a dispute arises between a cardholder and a merchant Discover Card’s policy is to heavily lean towards the merchant. Why? Because they are not as saturated as Visa & MC and they don’t want to lose a single merchant. The department that deals with disputes are really quick with their responses to issues that aren’t cookie cutter which tells me they’re not listening to understand. If your grievances don’t fall into narrow categories then it’s too bad, so sad for you.

Keeps forcing updates!
The only valid reason to force an update is to fix a security vulnerability; if the app is working OK for me, don’t force me to update it, as it gets more bloated (takes up more memory) every time!..
“Minor bug fixes” is NOT a valid reason to force an update!

Now they’re discontinuing the cash back debit card account, so I’ll probably close my account.

What a great app. Seamlessly worked for years. Sad to see this app go. Hopefully Capital One’s app is comparable.

Unfortunately the change to Capital One will cause me to miss out on the Great Service, rates, tools and features that Discover provided me for decades. Discover was the best and I always recommended it to friends and family. I will not do the same for Capital One.
