Can’t skip through adverts it gives you for food and drink vouchers you’ll never need and then won’t load it so you’re stuck at check in
Essential info isn’t accurate
I’ve been sitting at the airport for hours for a delayed flight, and neither this app nor the website has the current info. It has stayed inaccurate for hours even though the information on the boards in the airport keeps changing. Useless!

Booked flights in February for Croatia,paid the extra money to choose seats,all done ✔️ check flights in & seats changed,but pay AGAIN for original seats,DISGUSTING!!!
Bad UI
What [insert expletive word] decided to disable pasting from the clipboard when entering passport details?! I guess it was just to make life for an ordinary user that little bit harder, on top of the narrow seats that don’t even recline…
Constant delays
I have booked and flown with easy jet for years. They constantly try to charge you for having a backpack and are always delayed. Today will be the last time I fly with them they are just ridiculous. They are not as cheap as everyone is led to believe and never on time.
Needs widget integration
Great app, just missing one feature - widget integration showing flight info and alerts. Most other airline apps have embraced widgets, plaease would you look into this. A good example is klm for example.

They will manipulate the data and access so you can’t possibly get a refund or change your flight despite them being your rights. Avoid

Please review the latest update as it is now impossible to book a flight on the app, as when you go to select the return it reverts back to the selection page

Constantly freezes when I search for holidays, have to constantly start over and redo all of my filters. Gave up in the end

No point using it. Better use web browser. But even there it fails miserably. Only works with chrome incognito.

Worst airline ever
Hello everyone. EasyJet resort to very literally extorting their own customers in real time, by threatening us at the last second before boarding, that if we don’t pay $80 to gate check our carry-on bags THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN CLEARED BY OTHER EASYJET EMPLOYEES that they will not let you on the plane and they will literally leave you behind wherever you are. When confronted with this reality, these clowns threatened to call the Greek POLICE on me for catching them in their criminal act, instead of pausing their efforts to extort me. I urge everyone reading this to avoid similar efforts by EasyJet to STEAL your money, and instead book your travel with a legitimate airline that employs honest, reliable travel professionals. Don’t fall for the fake low fares and be another victim of their Bait and Switch pricing scams!! Travel safe everyone!!

Racism and discrimination
I was on vacation in Portugal in May. Upon returning to the UK, where I have lived for over seven years and have indefinite residency, I presented all the required documents correctly. However, EasyJet employees refused to let me board. They humiliated me, insulting me by pointing their fingers in my face and shouting, "THIS IS NOT BRAZIL!" They discriminated against me for being Brazilian. They forced me to leave the plane. I had to go to customer service, where they didn't care about my case, and they made me buy another plane ticket. With the same documentation, I was able to board. Then I understood that they subjected me to all this humiliation because I am Brazilian. I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND HUMILIATED. I have been contacting EasyJet since May. They keep sending the same email: "We take this seriously and are investigating." Now they say they will locate my flight because I am not a passenger. I am going to the police. EASYJET PORTUGAL discriminates against its customers, and EASYJET UK SUPPORTS DISCRIMINATION.

App that hides your booking details a little too well
This is the strangest holiday provider app I’ve ever used. I booked my entire holiday, including the hotel and transfers, yet the only information that’s easy to find is the flight details. Everything else is buried somewhere. I just spent about half an hour trying to find the rest of my booking information, even though I managed to find it much faster before. When I log into my account on a computer, everything is clearly visible right away. The iPhone app definitely needs some improvement.

Unreliable
Bookings are difficult to view on the app which is glitchy to say the least. I can find booking via website but unable to find on app.
Hopeless
App doesn’t allow a current flight booking to be imported. Trying to import a booking for August 3rd 2026, app refuses to import as the booking is ‘in the past’, which it clearly isn’t.
As a result, I cannot access the digital boarding cards!

Dodgy maps
This app will show you a hotel is in the middle of a town when in reality if you google its actual location it’s very far out. Thank god I didn’t book any of these hotels thinking they were central locations!

Very unintuitive link between flights and holidays. Clearly been cobbled together by an 18 year old who has just learnt Java.
Does not bode well for financial sense at the heart of this company.
I sold my shares on this alone!
