Cannot scan QR codes
Generally the app is ok, but this particular release has broken the ability to scan QR codes for iPhones. The camera preview just doesn’t open. This has been a problem for many weeks.
Update needed
Haven’t been able to scan for around a month now - please update!
Just Terrible - Unable to order simple coffee, can’t collect stamps
Doesn’t work at all now, can’t order a coffee, displays errors trying to retrieve payment details. When it used to work - it would take a very long time to load this, now doesn’t load at all.
Total rubbish
Been unable to use it since January with numerous payment issues. Deleted it and the account. Still not working. Support is non existent. Avoid
Still Unreliable
This app when it works is really good but it is just unreliable and just keeps crashing. Have tried to contact the support desk on the issue but get no response from anyone
