Most helpful tool

Most helpful tool in tracking all symptoms, stools and meals. Informative and useful feedback on nutrition and Fodmap

Love it, but wish it had stats like other apps

This is the only tracker I’ve been able to keep due to it’s ease and simplicity. However it’s so simple it doesn’t have complex stats or a way to view long term symptoms. I pay for + and the analysis has been incredibly helpful for me in understanding how to improve my digestive health- it takes previous meals into account as well. Highly recommend overall for a simple day to day tracker

Fab for tracking triggers

I love this app for tracking food triggers. The only thing missing for me is the ability to track medications associated with IBS.

Extremely buggy and not obviously worth the money

This app is literally so buggy that even the send feedback (bug report button) doesn’t work.

Typing into the input box doesn’t work reliably.

Graphs shown in the App Store listing aren’t actually in the app.

Food database doesn’t have 90% of products (but does have most ingredients). No way to bulk enter ingredients though, and as I said the typing doesn’t work properly.

App doesn’t really tell you clearly what features you’ll get by paying and doesn’t offer any kind of trial so there’s no way to know.

Great app for IBS

This app is a great way to quickly identify potential food sources which exacerbate IBS symptoms.
