Customer service options are lacking

Chat doesn’t work, can’t enter any notes or messages on reservation, and if you call the customer service line you get a disgruntled person in the Philippines that can’t answer question due to lack of access to booking systems and cannot ck next you to anyone that can’t answer question answer questions. Some locations allow you to make reservations for vehicles they do not have and you only find out when you go to pick them up and they will tell you to call customer service to fix it which will result in the above noted situation where you can get no resolution. It’s and endless cyclical issues of terrible customer service and no options for meaningful communication to fix it
