Save button
Would be nice to have a save button when selecting a vehicle. Had to cancel twice to update something on my profile. Very frustrating.

For some reason the app doesn’t give vehicle details like features the vehicle has but website does. If I’m taking the time to download an app and use it, when I could really just go to the website that has more features, it makes me want to delete the app.
Rents dirty cars with dog hair and bugs potatoe chips no exchange to switch fraud !
Naomi in Novato location and Jon Hirate never switched our car that was filthy dirty also insurance fraud in my rental asking for car that was covered charged my car amber in San Rafael then they put me in do not rent they are unprofessional

I just left there the same employees from this location looked in whisper to her co worker in he said everything was booked up
Good but still lacking
I almost always have good experiences with enterprise just on some occasions I struggle to get a rental especially when I have to go through National but they do offer friendly service
