Was great till it wasn’t!
The app has bugs which now will no longer allow so people to top up online or through the app. Has incorrect credit information and has not been working for 3 weeks. App update didn’t fix the issues.
Weird artefacts
As an app it kind of functions, you can log in, Face ID works ok, when data is available it can show it BUT for multiple meter set ups it confuses entries and day and night readings, it consistently shows me notifications like “get a shiny new smart meter” though I have one, it logs you out really frequently then won’t accept Face ID again, shows energy saving tips that are irrelevant even if you’ve viewed them so yeah if it’s displaying a number it seems fine, app functionality is a bit all over the place

The meter reading on the new update doesn’t work if a one box for daytime and also fill a box for nighttime at the same time so went back to the old app

You’re signed me out for my security?
Ridiculous. The point of apps is to remain signed in, the device is secured. What threat have you protected me from, someone who steals my phone and forces me to unlock it can see my usage history? You’ve lost the plot. Banking apps don’t periodically sign you out. In fact none of my apps do… except this one.

It’s hopeless
I have been using this since March and I have gotten into so many different trouble; sometimes the credit doesn’t show, sometimes I am not able to top up my credit and When I called the team, the next available day to amend the trouble was literally few months later, even in this 21st century, can you believe it, I clearly couldn’t

Pathetic app
Supposedly fixed bugs cant even top up now absolute disgrace.
What the hell happened?
This app is useless now as I cannot top up using it, very insecure transaction screen as soon as I press to top up after entering bank details it just gives me a white screen and nothing tops up, I am now forced to use the website to top up until you fix this app with an update.
Overpriced joke
Appalling was forced to go on an over priced smart meter now I can’t even top up my electric been without electricity for 4 days now all you can suggest is delete and reinstall the app yeh done that 27 times still no electric thank you very much.NOT!!!
Diabolical
It has been over a week where your online payment service on app and website has been down tried ringing to pay bill but after waiting 30 mins gave up. Fix your service! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Slow to update usage
App is so slow to update energy use. Normally days out of date or having to log out and in repeatedly to refresh. Slow and buggy.

I am on a smart Ev tariff with you and the electricity data shows well, but the gas data does not show on the daily view.
also a nice edition would be a different colour for electricity when the EV has charged outside of the off peak hours to allow costumers to keep track of their energy usage correctly

Doesn’t save settings
Usage is slow to update and doesn’t retain settings for fuel type or cost/kWh “filter”.
Issues with topping up
Keep having issues with topping up it just goes to screen saying top meter after details have been entered to take payment…..can you please sort out ASAP, thank you

App is just an uncalled phone app. Very slow. D clunky. When I made a one off payment it just showed a blank page, no confirmation. I don’t trust this app
