Cannot log back in and there is no useful guides or numbers to call whatsoever to assist with the issue.

Almost unusable for non-tech people
I don’t know how people use this if they aren’t tech people. The icons make no sense. The buttons all do different things. There’s no logic to when you click a word or just an icon on certain settings. The ability to troubleshoot the app is non-existent. Once you are connected, and your cameras appear, it is not intuitive at all how to change your views. The search feature is awful! Try to narrow down the search time to 10 minutes and it wants to return two hours, then makes you wait as it buffers. This app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Take a look at the Eefy or Nest apps please!

Do not go with this company for any security needs. This ap has not worked for more than a year. I thought I could try to figure out what’s going on to no avail. This app is trash. This company is trash. I tried to contact the Exacq but probably will never hear back from them. I need to look for a new provider for this service. So bad

Cameras keep buffering then timeout.
Useless
This app is a ridiculous waste of time. It’s only worked about 5% of the time. Even then, the camera feeds would die after being connected for just a couple minutes.

Completely worthless
I had hopes for this app, but considering the poor support and quality of their computer software and VMS, I can’t say I’m surprised. In four years, nothing has changed
It’s sad as now Exaq has talked to pretty much every other JCI/Tyco owned companies.
The only plus is delisting it from pay devices will free up space.

Piece of junk doesn’t work
Functional, at best
The app is pretty bad. It’s UI is fairly dated, you cannot force a mobile user to change their password, or even, as far as I see, change a password at all.
There is a persistent issue with some of my users’ video timing out, thus rendering the app useless.
I would love to recommend Exacq, but because it’s not mobile-friendly, I really cant. Technology is progressing more and more to mobile computing.

Performance is terrible.
Streaming live video is ok, but trying to playback previous recording just doesn’t work, which makes it pretty pointless. Trying to playback recording results in endless buffering of video.
This app is getting worse now worthless!
I am not updating my review from 1 year ago. For a big dollar NVR their app is improving and better better but still is very glitchy but better than before.

I was hopping the app would be much faster & up to date by now since tyco runs the show, but I still get chewed out but clients not using the app because it’s slow and not practical. Don’t get me wrong, I love Exacq products, amazing technology specially specially their great tech support#1. But I would hope they would be on top of their game with the app too by now. App Is Worthless!
Newest update has caused the app to be worthless. Will not allow me to add a server, will no longer load properly, etc. Exacqvision is excellent….unless you want access via the mobile app, better off going with a cheap dvr off of Amazon.
Broken...
App does not work this is embarrassing for an "enterprise" product. As a new customer, all I can say is licensing can't end soon enough we will not continue to use this broken product.
