I wonder why it has to ask for OTP after putting my pin even when I didn't uninstall it ..now I lost my sim can't make transfers and don't even have a token!
Technical issues sometimes while making payments
Kindly work to fix this issues as soon as possible because he just embarrassed me today whenever you are having technical issues doing any maintenance whatever kindly do to inform customers on time via email or phone number thank you

Fcmb has one of the best customer services. Words can’t express how happy I am with the services and the app.
I removed a star because FCMB process of getting you verified is the hardest and more costlier when you are abroad. I had to go through post office to get all my identification verified and stamped which was ridiculous, as it can be proven on WhatsApp video call, zoom or any other means other than going through post office and still coming back to same video verification.
Well, I guess it’s for extra security but still ridiculous.
Overall, I love my FCMB, my app has never stopped working ever since unlike other banks.

You can’t redeem your reward points through the app
My reward points are expiring today but I can’t redeem it because the customer service said the reward redemption is not activated yet. This is so unbelievable. Why did you roll out an unfinished program?
