Great app!
Easy to use journal, prompts to help you express and write down what you need! Very cute little fox and friends to help you through understanding your emotions.
Nothing but praise!
I’ve been using the app for about a month and I love it. It helps me reflect, understand and regulate my emotions, and build genuine strategies I use day-to-day. It’s definitely helping me to improve my mental health!
It kind of reminds me of the old ‘Journey’ feature in Finch (e.g. gratitude, sleep, etc.), which was my favourite feature until they removed it! That said, Foxtale has been more consistently helpful for me, because of the focus on self-reflection and meaningful engagement with the app, with some studies to support.
I also appreciate that there isn’t a login streak. It means that using the app is something I *want* to do, rather than something that I feel like I *have* to do.
And, obviously, the fox is extremely cute! I love all the customisable options for the house, it’s all great.
Thank you to the developers! You’re doing amazing work! I’m looking forward to seeing where you’ll take the app in the future.

Seems highly useful.
Thanks. I had to say I found this in the App Store because Hank Green’s YouTube wasn’t an option.
A big help
This app at first was just cutesy. The longer I’ve played it though, the more it’s helped me to understand what I’m feeling and how to deal with those feelings
best app i’ve ever downloaded
i don’t usually take time out of my day to leave positive reviews for things, but this one app in particular has been so helpful for me. i’m absolutely going through it right now, and this cute little fox is a small part of my day that helps me feel better about myself. it’s like they thought of everything. they call the tasks “side quests,” taking away all the pressure of it really being a form of a to-do list. the emotional education and advice is actually really good. the prompts you can answer throw you a gem from time to time that makes you think “this is exactly what i needed to address right now.” and this is all the FREE features. i can’t afford therapy. i can barely afford to live, but this little fox doesn’t want my money. it just wants me to be happy
