Amazing care
I've never been heard or treated as an expert on my body than with all the Providers I have been seen by with this practice. I know when "things ain't right " and am listened to by these Providers who take my "expertise " into consideration when making decisions. Thank you!
Very disorganized and glitchy
Avoid this company, there have to be better ones out there. First the positives:
Until the abrupt end, I generally got my medicine on time and the providers were great.
The negatives:
-The website is glitchy. It kept messing up the time zone for my appointments. Once it scheduled my appointment hours before the actual time, then it scheduled it later.
-Then for months every time I opened the app it told me I had missed an appointment and made me fill out a form.
-The staff is not well trained. I needed anti-nauseas and for the first year I called and they would sent it to my pharmacy. Then all of a sudden it was very inconsistent. Sometimes it would work as it should, other times I had to contact them 8 times, set up a video call, just to be told by the provider I didn’t need a call to get anti-nauseas, I just had to call in.
-They abruptly canceled my service right after my 4 month payment, but rather than just saying my plan was canceled and I needed to sign up for a new more expensive plan, they made up a story that I was inactive and didn’t respond to 3 emails. They told me I would still have service for 3 months if I didn’t get a new plan. When it came time for my medicine, they said I couldn’t get anymore, I only had access to the website for those 3 month. What good is that? I had to call them and request a refund for those useless 3 months. And then I was scrambling to get my meds. I found a different company that was less expensive and better run.

Money was taken out of my account and I received nothing . I scheduled meeting no one showed up to two of them. And again this morning they want to take out 599 … for nothing

This is a nothing app. The only thing you can do is contact their off shore customer support who gets half of your asks wrong.

Don’t use this company
Where do I even begin? I have had nothing but issues with this company that it’s too much to type. I have been taking semaglutide since May and then they randomly sent me an email saying my card didn’t go through for tirzepatide. I have NEVER taken tirzepatide. I’ve had 2 “doctor” appointments since then and it still hasn’t been resolved. I contacted them again today and now they’re saying that my payment didn’t go through and that the medication hasn’t shipped yet. This is the same card that I have been using since last May! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT AGGRAVATION AND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER EACH TIME

The app won’t load
I got the app and ordered my meds but now there is a message from my physician on there that I cannot see because it won’t load!! Please help!
Filing complaint with Attorney General office due to fraud and over charging refusing to reimburse
I have been in this program for almost 2 years was told if I didn’t reach my goal weight program fee would be fully refunded it is a lie I have been being billed for several months the 29.95 plus 59.00 plus the 229 for the shots I showed proof of the charges via my bank account I was told I can’t get refunded. I am now filing a complaint with attorney general office, practices like these are wrong and getting customer service to fix anything is a joke.

Very Pleased
I was a patient of Futurhealth for over a year and was super pleased with my weight loss journey. Lost all of the weight I wanted to. I left the program for a couple of months but just recently decided to rejoin to help maintain my weight loss. DELORA is an excellent NP who I recently spoke with. Super easy to work with and I felt very comfortable with her. Looking forward to my maintenance program.

I placed an order online and downloaded the app. Once I signed in, the app is blank. Fraud
App doesn’t open
Can’t get the app to open. I can log in but after that it just spins with a blank screen. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it and still the same issue. Any tips?

No merch, broken links
I have consistently asked for a refund. Futurhealth charged my card, then constantly sent me texts with different links to reserve a Teledoc. Each time the link just spun and didn’t work. I believe the company is a scam since they do not respond to emails, use broken links and charge your card without any merch. Beware of FuturHealth.

Not good
I downloaded the app as soon as my appt ended and it has not worked. It keeps telling me to take the quiz again and purchase again. When I finally got in with my sign in, the screen is white like it’s trying to be open but stays blank. This is not what it’s supposed to be I’m sure but it’s not working for me.
