Bad App
This app sucks. Sometimes it works but usually it doesn't. I get a whole message typed and hit send and my message disappears and I have to start all over but I've given up as the 2nd time it does the same thing.
Absolutely trash app
I’ve put $65 into this app and can’t even get a msg out. 0/10 would not recommend
no sound no notification
doesn’t notify when you get a message and i have to close the app and “restart” so i can see the new message also doesn’t even make sound alert when i get a text .
Expensive Fees for an App that barely works!
I almost never leave app reviews, but this experience has been frustrating enough that I felt I needed to. It is already expensive just to add money to your account, with processing fees before you can even pay for messages, photos, phone calls, or video visits. For what this service costs, the app should work consistently.
The app and website often display completely different information. The website will show messages as Approved, while the app still says Pending. The app also cuts off message previews that are fully visible on the website. As a customer, you have no idea which version is actually correct.
This service is used by people trying to stay connected with incarcerated family members and friends. Communication is already stressful enough without wondering whether your message was delivered because the app can’t stay synchronized with its own website.
Charging premium fees while providing an app with inconsistent statuses, incomplete information, and unreliable syncing is unacceptable. Please invest in improving the app so customers can trust what they’re seeing.

Glitching and constant issues
And all the time says there’s currently expansion problems. I can’t even like login or it glitches yall need to fix this

Steal, money app, steal, money app, steal money
Needs Serious Work!
The app works ok for text messages and photo messages. However, it is extremely difficult to send videos. First, the fact that they can only be 30sec is stupid. It takes so long for one video to go through, around 30 to 45 seconds. The past couple of months I received an error message every time I try to send a video. It takes about 6 attempts for one video. Imagine having a 3min video that has to be broken down to 30sec increments, so that’s 6 videos, and each one is attempted 6 times before going through. That’s 36 times! To make matters worse, a couple of times I have sent a video that I cropped and trimmed but the app sent the original version… frustrating and embarrassing!! Don’t get me started on the fact that we can’t unsend or save messages. We are not inmates, and even if we were, we are all humans. As a developer, you shouldn’t even feel accomplished with this app. It needs serious improvement.

Can’t even send videos
When u try to send a video. Or a picture it says sorry for the inconvenience please try again later and never works then when it does it takes like 3 days for the video to get approved anything government related always works slow even the government phones.
Error Message
After the update, it appears that whenever I open the app, it automatically has an error message at the top. I’m attempting to create an account and it still has an error message is covering most of the screen.
Not working
I keep getting notifications that I am getting messages from our loved one in prison, but when I go to the messages section to read and respond, their messages are not showing up.
Scam
It won’t even let me log in- have to keep making a new account, buy credits to send a message then the account conveniently disappears and they keep your money. These people are parasites getting rich off the prison-industrial complex
Sad fix it
It’s sad that when I went into the app and I downloaded it the other app it wants I purchased each week 599 so six bucks a week and if she would be a fan, none of these they’re all government owned and all that other stuff they’re profiting from our taxpayer money for no reason as bad enough we gotta have to support our family that’s behind the walls of the prison not to mention that it says I have to put my ID on there, but it said to go where it says it said something and it’s not on there. It has a block on there and says that I can’t cause I’m not verified but there’s no way of getting me verified because I don’t see what they’re talking about

Not happy
Everytime I deposit money my video visits gets knocked off. Sent messages on 6/22 and haven’t been able to since nobody don’t understand why but my verification is good. Called customer service a dozen times and my mother in law video visits been disabled for 2 months. And never was able to send a picture. I rate no stars.

Seriously why would the DOC choose this app. It constantly says it has technical difficulties. Has a banner with an error all the time. Fix it cause you are getting paid to use the app. Also needs a way to delete a contact
Customer service is a joke!!!!
I used to be able to send videos but for the past few months it’s been having an error message. I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times and basically I just get told to log out and back in and restart and the last time I was told “well, I don’t know what to tell you” so clearly it’s nothing I did on my end since the error message still appears daily and I’m still allowed to message and send photos. Sadly I can only send screenshots of special moments from home now.
