THE MOST FRUSTRATING APP
I had so much typed out about this app and how frustrated i am with it and it deleted all of it. So all i am going to say is they should have just left everything on connect network. Like what was the point of taking just messaging off of there and making a separate app for it SMH. Then you have to have another app for video visits that DOESNT EVEN WORK either smh!!! Such a joke!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡

This app works terrible for me on an iPhone for some reason I it allows me to text and send pics but that’s about it

Notifications
This app would be great if it notified you of messages. Seem to be an issue with iPhone. I’ve used Samsung and received notifications but when I use my iPhone it won’t even pop up the number on the app or make a sound. Have to constantly check it to see if there are messages. Everyone I know who uses iPhone and uses this app complains about the same thing.

Absolutely trash app
I’ve put $65 into this app and can’t even get a msg out. 0/10 would not recommend. Update, I finally got in to where I can use message and some other stuff, it’s still a POS app. You’d think with the sinful price it at least be worth a damn but it’s really not.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APP
They continuously lie and don’t know WTH they’re talking about. I had to get refunded 20 dollars because of a simple lie and now I have to wait for 10$ in the mail for 6-10 weeks with not even a full refund of what I spent. This app is so terrible and their customer service doesn’t even know what the hell they’re talking about! It’s absurd!

Messages ALWAYS are pending, as well as pictures.. wasting peoples money!!!
Notifications
The notifications do not make a sound. If you don’t check your phone or see the notification pop up you won’t know you have a message. It will not make a notification sound.

The absolute worst
Quite possibly the worst designed app I think I’ve ever seen in my life. After speaking with Customer Service three times to send a simple text message to an inmate. The app still doesn’t work and after being on the line with an operator for 15 minutes to try and figure out why they simply hung up. I’ve spent $30 trying to send one text message and can’t do it and spoken to three different reps, and they can’t seem to help. Absolute garbage!

Sucks
You can never upload any videos. It’s always saying some kind of error message. The app is annoying as hell to have to deal with for all the money that we pay. You would at least expect a decent app.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could! I deposited money to talk to my uncle and all of the sudden the funds went missing overnight and it had said I was messaging two other inmates which I’ve never even heard of in my life! I only my uncle and that’s it. It’s BS I gotta waste my own money for other people’s convo! Ridiculous!

What is going on with this app?
All of my current messages have disappeared along with my contacts. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it signed out nothing.

Can’t make a deposit
Deposits not working. I have been unable to communicate with my loved one for two months due to not being able to make a deposit online. The app and the website don’t work. I have tried setting up a new account with a new number and email and it still doesn’t work. They always say they can take the card info over the phone which i refuse due to someone using my card information to make personal purchases. They need to do better and f

Punishes Users For Long Messages
It cost $0.20 to send a message with a maximum of up to 2,000 characters. However, they punish you for sending too long of a message. If you send one over 1,000 of the 2,000 allowable characters they will leave it pending for days or may never review it at all. When short messages, in contrast, are approved in hours. Which has to in some way be against apples ToS since we are paying for the service.

I deposited. They lost my money in their system and didn’t apply a credit to my account. It’s been over a week and they have no resolve. Bad business. I just am out of money and not able to message my family member.
