What is going on with this app?
All of my current messages have disappeared along with my contacts. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it signed out nothing.

Can’t make a deposit
Deposits not working. I have been unable to communicate with my loved one for two months due to not being able to make a deposit online. The app and the website don’t work. I have tried setting up a new account with a new number and email and it still doesn’t work. They always say they can take the card info over the phone which i refuse due to someone using my card information to make personal purchases. They need to do better and f

Punishes Users For Long Messages
It cost $0.20 to send a message with a maximum of up to 2,000 characters. However, they punish you for sending too long of a message. If you send one over 1,000 of the 2,000 allowable characters they will leave it pending for days or may never review it at all. When short messages, in contrast, are approved in hours. Which has to in some way be against apples ToS since we are paying for the service.

this app was always having glitches. They need to do better with better updating people. It sucks. I hate it.

I deposited. They lost my money in their system and didn’t apply a credit to my account. It’s been over a week and they have no resolve. Bad business. I just am out of money and not able to message my family member.
Worst App Ever
Nothing works properly with this app. From messages, to sending pictures. Or trying to deposit money. They are quick with taking your money. If this is what we are expected to use to stay in touch with our loved one’s then at least they can do is make it make sense and work. Stop raising the fees on us until we can at least use the darn app.

Horrible.
The app just took my money twice. Came straight out of my bank account but still shows I put nothing on there. This app is ridiculous and trashy.

This app is so bad. Have to uninstall and reinstall every couple of months when it stops working. I’d rather stick to phone calls than use this app.
Needs updating
Love that we have the app to talk to our loved ones but hate the fact that it has no ringtone and we have to miss the calls because they don’t announce. We all can’t stare at our phones 24hr a day to wait for the little icon to pop up i think this is a real issue i need to hear the notification this is something that needs fixing

Great Idea, Terrible Delivery
This app is terrible, when you need help it leads you to another app which leads to another to get a response months later. They used to charge $3.33 to add the minimum $10 for messages which were 25 cents each. Now it is $5.45 ish to add $10 and messages are 50 cents. They are ridiculous. I also get contacts added without my approval, I have like 15 inmates which now have my personal phone number and are trying to reach me.

Waste of money
I’ve tried sending multiple videos none of them go thru but they try to charge your card for them and then the same video will send 4 times cause the app tells you error message making you think the video didn’t go thru but sometimes it does charging your stamps and no the app doesn’t make it right they just like to rob us just like the justice system so maybe if you wanna text your loved one that’ll work but god forbid you wanna send a video then all of the sudden the app doesn’t work GET IT TOGETHER GTL THATS WHY YALL HAVE POOR REVIEWS 💯

Can’t even send videos anymore
I haven’t been able to send videos in quite some time now. There’s always an error message popping up when the app is opened and sometimes messages don’t load or even send but it sure takes the money! I wish they didn’t rob us in order for us to talk to our loved one. I’ve lost a lot of money bc of their lack of support to fix the bugs and keep the app up to date.

If you are going to make an app like this for us to communicate with our loved ones at least make it work, this is the only way I can message text but it barley works, can you fix this. I mean we are paying money the least it can do it WORK

can’t unblock contacts
I can not unblock any of my contacts. They all unblock & then automatically re-block. This is happening to all of my blocked contacts on both of my accounts
