THE MOST FRUSTRATING APP
I had so much typed out about this app and how frustrated i am with it and it deleted all of it. So all i am going to say is they should have just left everything on connect network. Like what was the point of taking just messaging off of there and making a separate app for it SMH. Then you have to have another app for video visits that DOESNT EVEN WORK either smh!!! Such a joke!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡

This app works terrible for me on an iPhone for some reason I it allows me to text and send pics but that’s about it

This app is horrible. Every time I send pictures and videos they are denied customer service is worst cause they got a million and one excuses instead of trying to fix the problem like we already gotta spend money to send pictures and videos and text why not let my pictures go thru if they don’t violate and rules

Notifications
This app would be great if it notified you of messages. Seem to be an issue with iPhone. I’ve used Samsung and received notifications but when I use my iPhone it won’t even pop up the number on the app or make a sound. Have to constantly check it to see if there are messages. Everyone I know who uses iPhone and uses this app complains about the same thing.
