Everything you have in other apps plus much more! All the annoying things you wanted to change in other apps are fixed in Goals! Love it
Wonderful app and workouts
This app has taken into account everything other apps are missing. It is so comprehensive, from workouts, to tracking macros to even having meals. The integration is amazing! I have tried many different apps but this one has it all! The workouts are great. I have been doing Sarah’s programs for a year now and they do not disappoint.

Ugh
Once I signed up and selected a program it wouldn’t let me change it or try a different one. There’s no help button or way to adjust anything once you are started in a program. Not user friendly for the price. Regret purchasing.

Dream body
My results so far are actually AMAZING. I have visible six pack abs and I’m continuing to work on them to grow the muscle and hopefully make them more and more defined. I also showed my sister my results and she also wants to start the program this is all thanks to u I finally am achieving my dream body.
