Doesn’t WORK!
Stuck outside the fully automated Hotel Revel in Ft Worth and the access codes DON’T work!! Can’t get a human to respond.
U Street Hostel - DC
Awesome
Super great happy time
Really comfortable, clean and easy place to stay.
No way to delete account after use
Our hotel forced us to download and sign up for this app so we could access our key code for our door. Now I want to delete the app including my account, and there’s no way to delete your account.
Beautiful apartment
The inside is the close to the best ever with facilities, space delivering the best service. Reception cannot be better than what we got after a long day outside.
Summary is a comfortable home away from home. Thank you

I have to say Harry was an amazing rep, he helped with anything we needed and guided us for what to do after Krabi and his suggestions so far have been excellent.
Very friendly staff
Very clean hostel and great location close to the beach and shops
Absolutely unacceptable
I had to be moved between several rooms during my stay because of the terrible conditions.
The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom. I stayed in that room for FOUR DAYS before I was finally moved to another one. The next room was decent, but unfortunately there was no availability to keep me there, so I was moved again.
The current room is also in terrible condition. The AC is leaking dirty water, the bathroom door handle is literally falling off, the bathtub is dirty and gets clogged, and the sink is rusty and feels like it could fall off at any moment.
At this point, I have spent my stay constantly dealing with problems that should never be acceptable in a hostel. Having to change rooms multiple times because the rooms are not properly maintained is extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend staying here. The conditions are unacceptable, especially considering what guests are paying to stay here.

Unreal
It’s gorgeous and immaculately clean
Frontline annex
Great place to stay , really comfortable beds and lovely rooms - would highly recommend staying at the frontline annex
Good
Would stay again
Hotel revel
Me and my wife loved it felt like luxury for real… quiet and spacious… room was 100%
Frustrating
Sends a confirmation code AFTER the 60s code timeout. Ridiculous
Easy to use
Easy to unlock your door, especially if arriving after hours.
Perfect for a night
Loved the decor, staff were helpful (even after hours). Parking was tight but there were plenty of spaces over the road if needed. Would love a washing machine but cannot fault it! 5 stars!!
Security breach someone else walked into my room in the middle of the night
They gave the keys to someone claiming they were in the room I was in walking in when I was in bed this is a massive security breach random people coming into your room at night
Place needs renovating big time !
the pictures are with filters when remove them you actually see why the place Is really like and nothing like the pictures disappointing
