Very difficult spam
Very difficult to use. Spam fraud calls rack up pay per click call click farms
App not reviewed on a real iOS device
I use Google Ads App on an IPhone XS and the Campaign Overview screen displays 1 letter per line vertically down the screen. It’s been like that for years.
Hopefully the ad works
It’s a lot more complicated to put the ad together compared to instagram and facebook ads. Also, It’s tuff to see if the ad is truly sponsored. I put $100 a day and checked with other peoples phones and didn’t see the store sponsored in the searches.

Displays your full legal name on the Ad now. Turned off Ads. Unusable now. Not willing to be doxed or give out my personal info to the world. Unnecessary requirement.
Update: gives priority to foreign sellers in US search results, Temu has a monopoly on their Ad placement pushing out the US sellers. Temu vendors steal designs and replicate items from US sellers and sell them for $1 which also hurts US sellers. Boycott Google Ads for supporting foreign counterfeiters.

Une application pas au niveau de la version web
Une application ou le suivi des performances est ok…mais pas du tout fait pour la gestion des campagnes…il n’est même pas possible de faire une mise en veille groupée de plusieurs campagnes. Pas du tout pratique.
Horrible
Once I started using Google Ads, all my leads completely stopped. They overcharged me, couldn’t explain the charges, and now I’m getting spam calls all day. When I asked to be taken off the list, the rep argued with me instead of removing me like he’s legally supposed to. It’s honestly not worth it. I got more traction before I ever used Google Ads. SMH

Poorest Advertising platform
Every month Google ads charges us $600/ $1000 and there is no conversion into calls or leads, recently they have updated the app so much that now it has become super complicated. I feel like google for ads has become too mainstream
We need another platform where we can advertise
They really need to enhance their services and make the platform easy to use
Customers just find it easygoing however for us advertisers it’s totally opposite and confusing
Plus their call center help is barely available they guide us on phone for things and there is no proper portal for them to solve our problem mutually
All in all people are the reason google has become the most used platform otherwise nobody would call it a user friendly platform from advertising point of view

Slow to load
Latest update takes more than 45 seconds to load upon opening
Not worth it
Spent $85 which turned into 500 clicks. None of which interacted with my website/game seemingly at all.

Lying stealing cheating
Death by a thousand cuts. These guys listed an unknown phone number, advertised my business 3000 miles away and went over budget every month. Kept my business unverified and showed a wrong address location and gave wrong directions to business
Clunky, inefficient UI/UX
Google ads (web and mobile) are a big UI UX mess. Very inefficient use of screen space which makes them very hard to navigate. Add to that the skyrocketing prices of clicks and the number of wasted/spam/competitor clicks that Google doesn’t want to admit nor refund. On top of that, all the Google recommendations are designed to drain your bank account rather than making the campaign optimized. I used to LOVE everything Google, now I hate everything Google as much as I hate Microsoft products. Stop employing coding monkeys to do your UI UX and stop being greedy in wasteful when it comes to click rates.

Google ads has turned into a maze ! I am not talking about the app. I almost don’t use the app at all . I use the website . You need a college degree to operate google ads . They are so anal about even a dot or a coma , or wrong spacing and won’t approve your ads. Hey google , this app is so us business owners can give you money . Can you make that process simple for us and for yourself ?

Maximizes Money for Google
These guys design this app knowing full on that you would want to adjust your budget on mobile but make it so you have to go on the website and have the website designed so it can’t be done. Everything they do is to maximize their revenue even at the cost of giving you garbage clicks

No real results
Google ads just keeps you believing it works when in reality it doesn’t, it’s true what you hear about not reviewing leads and paying lots of money thinking the smart add is learning, yeah, learning how to charge your money without any positive results.
Frozen during setup
They froze the page at the last step of my campaign setup, making sure that I’ve wasted as much time as possible setting up all the previous previous pages. That’s not all… they had me on hold and talking to their middleman for 20 minutes only to be transferred to a bot saying that they aren’t taking calls. It was 6:30 PM, their site says that they close at night. GIANT waste of time.
