This app is by far the best app for my pest company. I have used Pestpac and switched because it was too complicated. Love the fact I can see ahead and plan ahead. Any reviews less that 5 star are either not using it properly or not using the more powerful features. Thanks for making me look soo professional.

Game changer
The GorillaDesk app completely changed my business starting in 2021 when we switched over from a hybrid model of a very less reliable app and paper. We have grown with this company and they continue to make this app better month after month.

Run a pest control business or similar service based business this platform has helped us stay organized so we can grow at a faster pace than previous systems. The pricing also grows with you so when you’re small, it doesn’t cost a lot and as you grow, you naturally add features as you can afford them and they become relevant to your business.

A must app for pest control operators
I love this app!! This app simplifies my all around work. I like the different versions they offer and they’re fairly priced. The value that you receive for what you pay for is unbeatable. Prior to starting my pest control company I shopped around for a good CRM and this one by far exceeded them all. I like that they offer a free two week trial. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

First company I used, never had to look after
I’ve been using GorillaDesk since I started my business in January 2023. I’ve had nothing but great things to say about the operating system. My only issue I had was when they switched from the old version to the new version for the user interface, but I quickly got over it seeing how everything played out. It’s honestly a great operating system and an affordable cost that does a lot for you. They constantly listen to their community and always are updating the app and trying to improve things.
Not only is it geared towards Pest Control, they offer many different Templates for other business owners, like landscapers, etc.

Works better on android
Always can’t connect to server even when I have 5g. Works perfectly on my Galaxy 24+ thank god I have it because I can’t load my next jobs half the time on my iPad.

Constantly have to close the app out to get the routes to load. Consistently has problems sending emails with docs. Now, I can’t long press on the schedule to add time off.
Force you to keep an account you don’t need
The app isn’t the best and they wont let me transfer any files over when I left. They legit want me to keep paying $75 a month to do not even use the app. That’s extortion.
Converted from Paper to GorillaDesk
We converted from paper to GorillaDesk in 2025. It was a difficult decision as we already had our checks and balances in place for ensuring all customers were serviced timely and accurately. Making the jump to GorillaDesk has been amazing! The transition period was not all that difficult and the support team would help with any and all questions that we had promptly! The billing via email with online pay options and customer portal has been a game changer. We have saved so much and are able to focus more attention to our new customers coming in and not on paperwork at the end of the day!

Using for 5 years
Love GorillaDesk. It’s improved consistently over the years. Customer service is great. They care about their product and service. It is user-friendly, works perfectly 99.99% of the time, any glitches or hiccups are easily manageable, amazing features, documents, uploads, etc. At this time, I have no suggestions for improvement.

Worst Customer Service
Gorilla Desk has the worst customer service possible

DO NOT get GorillaDesk for your business. I have been using them for over 2 years and it sucks. The day you pause your account or stop your subscription all your contacts are blocked. You won't be able to see your customer information unless you subscribe again. That is a criminal and forceful seizure in my opinion. I stopped using them and use another platform that allows me to see my contacts even if I stop using their platform.
