What's New in HabitUnlock
1.9.3
September 8, 2026
• Every way to earn screen time now actually opens your apps. Breathing, walking, and the first activity in setup used to tell you time was earned without unlocking anything. • Second and later activities in one sitting now count. Only the first one did. • If you haven't chosen any apps yet, the app says so plainly instead of claiming your apps were unlocked or that minutes are waiting for you. • Emergency Override really does last 15 minutes now. It used to lift blocking with nothing to put it back. • Finishing setup without picking apps no longer returns you to the welcome screen the next time you open the app. • Delete Account and Reset All Data now lift blocking. Before, apps could stay locked on a schedule you could no longer see. • Deep Lock's confirmation could not be completed in most languages. Fixed everywhere. • "Not now" on notifications now takes effect immediately, not from the next launch. • If a discount doesn't apply to your account, you're told before anything is charged rather than being billed the regular price. • The paywall no longer appears before the app has actually worked for you once. • The Help Center described features this app does not have. Every article has been rewritten to match what it really does. • Norwegian, Danish and Swedish called Emergency Unlock a "lock" — the opposite of what it does. Corrected. • Clearer results after each activity: you're told whether your apps opened, whether there was nothing to open, or whether Screen Time access needs turning back on.
