It is Crewshaw that I have access to MY MONEY AS AND WHEN I buy from auctions for my business and it keeps blocking my card. So I am looking to go elsewhere where

Simplify
Please stop making so many updates and complicating the app more and more . Not all changes are welcome and it’s updating far too often . I used to enjoy this app for its simplicity but it’s getting harder to navigate and I hate the look of it and layout now. Not happy my Halifax account is now bank of Scotland either

Having banked with The Halifax for several years:Banking,loans,Insurance and savings .Both my wife and myself have been pleased with the Staff and Service we have Recieved.As I only have an ISA(kept for emergencies!) I have decided to close my Account.My wife who uses Halifax as her Main Account will continue when Halifax transfers to Lloyds.

Always found easy to use
App no longer working
I updated to latest version yesterday as with all recommended updates- to find that today the app just hangs and I cannot use it.
Slow to load
Does the job, just takes a long time to load - other banking apps are much quicker in this regard. This has been the case for a long time including on my old 13 Pro and now on my 15 Pro Max, fresh installs etc. make no difference and I’m always updating to the latest version.
Also needs pull down to refresh as a feature. Have to log out and back in to see changes.
