I’ve been scammed by my own bank pay 3 months mortgage around £2287 but my mortgage didn’t reduce single penny infant it went up by £467 don’t know which way to run

Great app
Only pain is trying to call someone, used to be so easy through the app now it’s a mission to find the number. I don’t always like doing the chat when it’s someone I need to discuss as typing back and forth is a pain. Also I do not wish to switch to the Lloyds app thank you lol

Halifax are great. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. Lloyds forcing customers to leave Halifax with no consultation whatsoever is a joke - and a good indication of how they treat customers. I was previously a Lloyds customer - that experience combined with this forced move is enough to make me look for an alternative bank. No thanks Lloyds.

Rebranding to Lloyds had caused serious failures
Unfortunately, due to the commercial rebranding, Hifax had cancelled previously issued debit cards and payments directed to them were lost, I am now in the process of understanding what went wrong. A lot of inconvenience and poor customer services.
The worst
Genuinely the worst, most inconvenient, unprofessional and messy bank I’ve ever been with!! For starters, they sent my bank card to the wrong address when I first signed up with them which is a serious breach. They also cancel my online groceries for no reason and have blocked my card numerous times. Their staff give you conflicting advice. App is not working half the time so you can’t access it when it’s important. When you complain on the app, they close the ticket without giving you time to respond. AVOID!!!
