It really helps me not commit
It’s been really helpful, the last month and a half has been the hardest of my life, it’s been a lot of struggling with thoughts and urges I really don’t want and this app has been genuinely so useful and helpful while I’m waiting for therapy, I highly recommend it especially for those that feel like they don’t have anyone to talk to

This app has really helped me. I’ve been about 114 days and counting, clean. I’m truly grateful to have stumbled upon it..
This app is amazing and actually really helpful, i was having an urge so in desperate times i searched on the app store, saw this, downloaded it and i felt better in about 15 minutes.. i really like this app
Paying for help is wild ts app is so bad and literally does nothing😭💔
helped me.
i was really struggling until i came across this app. this is the best thing (in my opinion) to download if you also want to get help but not a therapist and even if you did this also provides more help.
I just downloaded this app and already I’m starting to understand sh better this app has so many amazing resources and things to help you understand why you feel like this
Harmless has definitely developed in helping me with my anxiety and depression a coping mechanism a lot of people use is S.H and I I certainly have this app tells me that I don’t need to feel alone and tells me lots of people do it it tells me about what happens to someone who does it and it does breathing exercises the one thing I wish they would do is making the therapy free I feel if they would do that they would get so much more people they have certainly helped me with it and I am now 1 1/2 weeks clean I know it may not seem like much but it has helped me so much thank you harmless. Sincerely layah

Thank you ever since I downloaded this app I have been clean
It’s so good it helps with my mental state and anxiety
If you forget password can’t go in and have to pay for most
It’s engaging and actually kind of sweet
This really is helping thanks!
this app seems like it really wants to help and i'm very thankful to the developers for the idea
Only a few days on this app but the gentle guiding, incredibly non judgmental support and helpful tools has been what I’m looking for for years. Everything about how this app operates, from the discretion, to not overwhelming me right out of the gate with pop ups and reminders, all the way to how easy it is to use and at my own pace is beyond wonderful. It feels like a friend but I can be more honest about where I’m at and seeing that mirrored back to myself instead of hiding is already helping.

It has been helping me every thing and it helped me get through some difficult situations
You could atleast offer some smaller free options to allow people to see what the app is like. Keeping it paywalled off the bat drives away many of those who need it. Throwing payment options into your face is misleading and sets up for disappointment.
I like the app but like I feel like it would be way better if we could talk to the counselor without paying, please could you guys fix it? It’s kind of irritating
