User reviews

It helped me get over a bad habit

This app helped me to slowly stop a really bad habit of cutting myself. I feel proud of myself whenever I see how many days Iโ€™ve made it without harming myself and it makes me believe that maybe I can go for longer and possibly I can get better one day

great for what i need it for :)

iโ€™ve had this app for about a year and a half, and while itโ€™s definitely not a perfect fix, it does provide at least the little bit of help that i need โ€” and sometimes that little bit is all i need to not self-harm that day. i mostly just use it to track how many days itโ€™s been, but also utilize the calming section, especially the memory game and nature puzzles. it isnโ€™t necessarily a magic fix of an app, but in the last year and a half or so iโ€™d say itโ€™s probably helped me not self-harm for at least a couple dozen days โ€” which isnโ€™t necessarily a lot, but is a lot better than if iโ€™d ended up self-harming on those days. it also rarely has ads that actually detract from the experience, so itโ€™s an actually usable app, especially when youโ€™re in crisis.
