It helps me breathe in and out when I’m panic,it lets me with the urge to self-harm it tells me how to handle it and what to do so I don’t do it!

This app

Not impressed with this app so far. It doesn’t address root causes of depression and how to manage them. Glad this app is free. Would not pay for it!
