Please fix the log in
Unable to get past the log-in. Would love to tell you how the rest of the app works but I can’t get into it!
Barely functional
Very rarely do I use an app bad enough to prompt me to write a review. As I’m sure you can guess from the overall star rating, this is one of them. If you’re able to even get the app to allow you to login(big if), once you get to the app dashboard half of the features shown just bring you back to your web browser to repot in AGAIN(once again assuming those buttons are even functional).

Digital insurance card not adding to Apple wallet
The digital insurance card is not adding to the Apple wallet. I click “add” and then go to the Apple wallet and it’s not there.
Worst app everrrrr
I never wrote reviews for apps but this is by far the worst I have seen. It takes forever to load, the MFA setup takes to many tries and is frustrating.
Horrible. Haven’t been able to use for months now.
But my premium is going to increase by 15-20% next fiscal year (July2026) and I can’t even use the app. Asks me if I want to use FaceID to log in- it does its thing, “loads” then brings me back to the same page for FaceID. Garbage app. Overly expensive insurance. At least give us a functional app FFS.

Unable to login
Unable to login- have message saying log on to website and change password. Even after I did that still got the same error.
Can't even create account on iOS 26
It keeps adding a space so the passwords never match. Buggy.
Terrible. Can't even view PDFs
I want to find the formulary for what is covered this year, especially for my kid's medications, because getting hit with a surprise $300 for maintenance meds is unconscionable. Can I find this? NO! Can I view formularies anywhere on the app? NO! At best, I was able to download some gibberish that turned into a PDF in my reader, but another one was broken and would not be viewed that way, either. I can't even see if the claim on insurance for my kid's meds looks weird because when I try to view their claims, I'm not permitted!

App Sucks
Needs an update and an easier way to navigate

I don’t think any function of this actually works. Honestly, what is the point of this app if I cannot do anything? Just stuck in a loading loop when you click on anything, then usually crashes.

I’m trying to logon and all I’m getting is a circle jerk back to my passwords because you keep saying that I’m missing something even though I put in a special character and then you say that these do not match and you have me in a loop which has wasted my time. I will just log into the website. You better go back to the drawing board and redo it from three weeks ago because you still don’t understand what you need to fix.

Doesn’t open
I go to the login screen, press login, app reads my face for ID and doesn’t do anything. I can’t even get into this app even though I have in the past. Something‘s broken.
App non functional
Nothing happens when I attempt to log in. The support link returns a 404

This app is the worst, seriously. Terrible application in its functioning. Whose bright idea was this? You’re fired.
A simple web app
This app simply links back to a website (aka a web app) with limited functionality. For example, you can’t start a claim from this app. Don’t recommend this for any user of HP healthcare.
Useless
I can access the site on the web but the app doesn’t get past the sign in page. It uses Face ID, accepts the login and then reloads the login page again. Useless.

The app used to work well enough for me to check various aspects of my claims and benefits. Now it won’t even log me in. Stick to the website. It’s less convenient, but at least information is accessible.
