Great Bank, Good App
Have used this app for years now and everything’s been fairly seamless. I have not had any significant issues. Had a feature become deactivated for some reason at one point, called customer service, and they activated/fixed it right away.

Not without kinks
Love my mobile banking app, but it has started to make me answer a security question every time I log in. A bit annoying. Uninstalling doesn’t help, so hopefully this is fixed soon.

Needs eloan option
I have a loan through htb, but no bank account. I have to jump through hoops and use sketchy websites provided by htb to make a payment on my loan and it is absurd. Ive never seen anything this poorly managed and difficult to access
App won’t open
With new iOS update app won’t open. I was expecting an app update with a fix but it has been almost 2 weeks of not having access to the app. This happens almost every time I update my iOS.

Locked out part 2
When will this be fixed????? There have been reviews about this for over a year. Not even 3 weeks from my first post, and the app isn’t accepting my password again. This banking app is so terrible that it makes me want to switch banks totally. If it wasn’t for the kind and awesome tellers at HTB who I have known for years I would.

And the app immediately shuts down. It’s been this way for years. Support calls me and tries to update it but it’s still the same.
Update. After 6+ years the app still does not work, my phone is updated, app is updated, I cannot deposit checks, I cannot send money with Zelle, nothing works. I transferred banks and am much happier.

I don’t know what you all did to this app when you updated it, but you screwed it up! I’ve already left a review but it appears as though you deleted it because you didn’t like my remarks. Fix this app! It was fine before you screwed it up with the recent update.

What kind of idiots run this app?? I have been locked out of my account so many times. Each time you have to call and they tell me it’s my fault. Realized it was happening because if you have face recognition set up and it reads your face wrong once it locks you out. Finally turned it off and didn’t have problems for a while.. well today it decides it wants to verify my device randomly, even though I was just on the app on this device yesterday. It says it may take 2 minutes to receive the code. Well, it actually took 5 minutes+ to receive the code, and if you close out of the app or let the screen go black you have to start over. So I did it again, entered the code.. wrong code! It must have been several codes back since it sent me 4. Now I am locked out of my account on a Friday night for the whole weekend. Great! HomeTrust your bank is a normal okay bank, nothing special, but your app is run by absolute morons.

It is a shame when you have to rely on a app to check your balance or move things around and OVER half the time it won’t even open. I guess they don’t care if your locked out and can’t access your own money. Thanks “HomeTrust”
Crashes on launch
App crashes on launch. Unable to use at all. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app but same results.
Crashing/Not Opening
App is not opening, now since beginning of February. It just has a white screen, then crashes. Not even crash?m, it stays in my opened apps. Very frustrating.

No network connection???
For the last week, my app has said that I didn’t have a network connection. I always have a network connection and I can never check my balances unless I go through Chrome or Safari. Will there be a fix for this? I have deleted the app and downloaded it a second time. This still did not work. If it wasn’t for this, I would give the app 5 stars! I can do everything I need to do through the app and it has worked great for the last 10 years, until now. Thank you!
