He is very handsome, quiet, and extremely helpful. He was professional, polite, and made the experience pleasant. I highly recommend him.
Bad experience
They never pick up your ride on time.. seems like the driver is using other apps like uber and lyft .. even they are not done with their previous ride they still pick your ride and never reach on time.. This was my 5th time and after this I will never choose this app
Bad drivers and bad service
My first experience with this app was a driver almost driving into oncoming traffic because he was so impatient. Customer service did nothing to take it seriously. The other rides were ok but also not great.
The final straw was today when I ordered a ride for work and it made me wait for 20 minutes before just cancelling the request. Even after I clicked “prioritize”.
Not worth it.

DRIVER ASLEEP AT WHEEL
My driver repeatedly fell asleep behind the wheel, drifted into oncoming traffic, and I had to wake him up to prevent a potentially deadly crash. This wasn’t bad driving, it was a serious public safety hazard.
I reported it immediately. Hours later, the company’s response was a $3 credit.
Apparently, that’s what they think a passenger’s life is worth.
If this is how they handle a driver falling asleep at the wheel, I wouldn’t trust this company with anyone’s safety.
