I love this app!

This app is AMAZING if you’re looking for an emotion tracker. It’s very simple but it has a lot of features that are very helpful! I love the statistics and being able to see my feelings over time. Overall, I WOULD RECOMMEND!

Incredible

This is one of the best apps I’ve ever downloaded. The tools are amazing, I particularly love the sound scapes.

Monday Monday

Let’s start the week with good vibes.

Stella app!

Bravo on a lovely app. It is somehow succinct and deep at the same time. It has been surprisingly helpful in recognizing and labeling emotions. In particular I’m loving taking notes of the pleasant emotions that might otherwise easily pass me by. It’s helped to take note and maximize the pleasant times.

Wonderful this is a wonderful app along the lines of a mini dialectical behavior therapy exercise

Love it

lately this app has been super glitchy. and i can’t use it.

Coolest app EVER

My therapist told me about this app, I have a hard time identifying what I’m feeling and how it sits in my body, and this app allows me to take the time to slow down and focus on what I am feeling and why! Great features, I like the body scan

Such a great app when you are trying to help identify/recognize/label feelings/experiences

Love love love…my only disappointment is I wish it would share to Apple Health or make the data accessible in an automated way so I can build or use it in addition to other things I work with…keep up the great work!

Amazing app but it’s broken after the last iPhone update.

Unable to check in. Or check my history. This is such an amazing app I hope it can be fixed

Still NO iPad app

It’s wild there’s STILL no iPad app. I do most of my journaling on iPad. Really wish there was an actual full screen iPad app, with pencil support to have the option of actual hand writing.

Visually, the black background feels heavy. It’d be great to swap it for a blurred color, a gradient, or even a blurred photo. Random writing prompts would also help spark ideas on days when it’s hard to start.

I’d love the option to upload more media like 5–10 photos and up to a minute of video per entry. Integration with Apple Music and Spotify would also be huge, letting us tag what we’re listening to (songs, genres, or podcasts).

Finally, an emotion check-in slider would be amazing customizable with 3–5 choices, colors, and emojis. It’s way easier to capture how I feel with a slider than by selecting preset words. Would be specially most fun and useful to use this for checking on from my watch or phone/iPad widget, specially if I don't have time or the energy to journal.

No ads! Simply Amazing!

I’m so, so grateful for the developers and contributors for this app! It has helped me so much and I’m appreciative of the simple design and lack of ads or begging for money. This truly encapsulates what I believe technology was made for. Thank you!

The Best App!

I never write reviews but this app I had to. This app is actually fully free - no hidden fees, no hidden things you can’t unlock until you pay - it’s FREE. The app itself has tools that have genuinely helped my anxiety and overall wellbeing. It’s easy to use - sometimes I do the bare minimum when tracking and sometimes I dive into all the little things it has to offer - both help me tremendously. My only thing is that, I am a teacher and I wish there was a desktop version that my students could use!

Can you please make a better way to save your journal things

I don’t want to make every entry just to lose all of it!!!! The current options feel kinda weird to me.
Also can you please put more drawings please they’re so cute!!!!where can I find more!!!!! If you reply to this at least answer this question because I love the drawings!!!! And if you don’t have more can you make more or who actually draws them??? Or do you have like a gallery of all the drawings you made???? Thanks!!!!!!

amazing quick journal app!!

wow! i didn’t want to download this at first because i really didn’t meet another journaling app (there’s so many out there!!) but i gave it a shot and i loveee it. it has many features, so easy to use, very intuitive, great for quick check ins or more in depth if you’d like, and just fun to check in often. i feel much better after i journal here. i wish there was an option for an emotion not listed or a way to suggest more words ! i love the way each emotion has a short definition to really
help identify how i am feeling. no annoying ads. just great!

Bipolar-Mood Logs

I’ve struggled with severe mental illness for over 20+ years. I’ve only recently taken my more “life altering” diagnoses more seriously and for my bipolar and borderline, this app has been so invaluable to me. The mood check ins are so easy for me to click through, read a quick def, and go through it. The weekly AI insights and summaries have been incredibly helpful in helping me recognizing my triggers. I haven’t shared it to any of my team but that is a cool feature. It’s just a great app, every feature is free, every feature is absolutely invaluable singularly and collectively. The developers really, truly, wanted to help the Mental Health community and my goodness, they are definitely helping me. I’ve shared this app with friends and I love the fact that we can share our check-ins with our closest circle and it notifies them. Sometimes the mood is “acceptable” and life is fine. But when I get into those blue and red colors, I get a “what’s going on, mental checkup” text or call to see how I’m doing. It’s another way for me to keep accountability. I love it. It is so worth trying out if you have any mood disorders AT ALL.
