So helpful and easy to use
I love this app- BUT giving four stars because-!!!
My online friends had recommended me this app and I’ve been so happy and overall enjoying this app’s features. One of my favorite parts in this app is that, one, I can add my friends, and two my friends can look at my “check-ins” when I give them permission to and vise versa. I love that I can take the time to see how my friends are doing and make them feel better if they are not doing well, thanks to this app.
However, I’m gonna be petty and give you a four-star, cause one, I loveeee that we can put our own profile picture and those who are my friends can see it, however, I wish we can crop/adjust it to our liking inside the app itself. (Keep in mind idk if I can do this and just don’t know how) And I hate that I have to adjust in my photos app rather than the How We Feel App. Secondly, I wish we can add reactions to a persons comment with either of our “check-ins.” I say this because I don’t want my friends to feel ignored when saying they replied to my “check-in” and it sucks that I can’t reply back or add a reaction emoji, or something to it. The one thing I hate is having my friends feel like they are being ignored. So being able to add that will help. Then I’ll give you five-stars on this app once those are added lol.
Besides, those two flaws. I love writing in “How We Feel” this app is like a quick diary, I can take with me on the go. Which I enjoy. And no one has to worry about anyone reading or stealing their “diary.” I am also happy with the breathing exercises this app includes, etc. It’s good to know that some people who use this app, try to use them to help themselves and give advice from these exercises to others.
Overall, this is all I had to say. Thank you for your time, and I’m thankful to the whole team behind this app. Each and every one of you are emotionally intelligent in your own way. You put some smiles on peoples faces, and you being able to make this app happen is very important for anyone who is looking for an app just like this. I personally never wrote reviews but this is one of the few that I actually enjoyed writing for.

I’m a therapist and someone who lives with mental illness. I have found this app to be useful, informative, and low pressure which makes me feel less dissonance about following through with logging my emotions. I love the descriptions for those who may not understand or have the exact word to describe their emotions in the moment.
