Great Customer Service
Unfortunately, this program did not work for me. However, their customer support team quickly assisted me in canceling my subscription. It was worth the small monthly fee to give it a try.

The app is a total scam. It was hard to get through one session. It’s beyond boring and not soothing. I requested a refund and they said they would provide one. It’s been over a week and no refund has been provided. Do not trust this company.

I signed up thinking only $16.00 would be taken out of my card. Bank blocked my card as they tried taking out another $81.00 that I had not authorised. No option to cancel subscription other than by email. Do not recommend.

I canceled months ago and even deleted app. They charged me $82.50 again. I had to reinstall app to email them and keep getting the run around. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
Cost
The app is relaxing, but they trap you with costs. You sign up for 1 month for $4.99, then the next charge is $81 PER MONTH! In addition, if you want shorter hypnosis OR speciality session (like 1 confidence session or 1 alcohol reduction session) they charge $20 for EACH, session. That drives the price up and is an insane renewal for an app.
I will not be renewing. I’m disappointed and recommend that you pay attention to your renewal fees. I’m super disappointed by the ridiculous jump in cost.

Unintended Resubscription
By all means, download this. But be wary of re subscribing unintentionally after the 6 months is up.
I’ve been in touch today with Hypnozio support when I noticed I’ve been charged a further £82.50. I only opened the app as I was under the impression that I still would be able to view previous and access old sessions.
Instead, I find I’m being accused of intentionally re subscribing and a refund refused because it took me more than the 30 days allowed for cancellation to catch on what had transpired by simply opening the app. It is claimed this was made evident, but let me assure you it wasn’t. Especially when opened in a state of distress. App deleted to avoid further distress.
Update; 15th September 2026. I’ve been emailed and asked to re-contact support@hypnozio. Sorry. I’m not going to beg. I’ve stated my case already.

Buyer beware!
I did a six month plan, canceled well before 30 days and yet they still charge me for the next six months. I contacted them and in order for them not to have charged me I would have had to cancel within the first 30 days of my six months membership -so shady! I’ve never encountered any subscription service that makes you cancel within a certain amount of days. Yes, before your next renewal, I can understand 30 days before that, even though that is a lot, but out of six months I had to know within the first month?! I would’ve however, the first month I didn’t have much time to use it so I did not want to cancel before I was able to use it. Once I was able to use it, I realized it was not helping at all. And tried to cancel again well before my six month period ended. Do not try this! They are very shady and it does not work.

Disappointed
Cancelled subscription shortly after i started it as i knew i would not get on with it. 3 months on £90 taken from account despite no subscription on Apple subs nor on the app. Beware! Lithuanian based company .
Scam - Do not get sucked in! No refunds, very difficult to cancel
They never send a warning the your subscription is about to renew. Canceling must be completed over 30 days in advance! There are NO REFUNDS! Charged my card $87 for 6 months! It’s a total scam! Do not waste your money or time.
I feel a bit more grounded
I wouldn't say it "hypnotized" me but I do feel an improvement on being a bit more aware when it comes to food choices. I am doing this for a week now and I look forward to completely be helped by this app.
Awful Customer Service
Like others, tried the introductory offer and then missed the date to cancel by 36 hours. No reminder or anything like that, just £89.99 deducted from my account.
Contacted Customer Service who claim to understand the frustrations but do nothing but refer to Terms & Conditions.
I would avoid if I were you.

SCAM
They continue to charge you for months after you have canceled, and refuse to refund you. Customer service is a joke.
Rip Off!
Hypnozio is a rip off!! You get one session with the initial charge, then they charge extra for any additional sessions!!
Fake - do not sign up
Signed up for subscription at a reduced cost, did not get what was offered. Emailed to cancel subscription, email came back as undelivered no valid email address. Have tried going thru PayPal to cancel still no further forward. Say they have no reference of me at all, hmm very strange since I’d been able to listen to the same session on several occasions but no others. Very disappointing.

Unsubscribing will not cancel ongoing payments which they will debit every 6months and refuse refunds claiming to have a 30day clause. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Beware the subscription
Be aware that as of this writing Hypnozio does NOT send out a reminder about subscription renewal (like every other subscription thing out there). And they will stick to their terms and conditions (which few read, let’s be honest) and won’t offer any kind of refund partial or otherwise if you don’t catch it before hand (I know, I tried same day my card was charged and I didn’t realize it was coming up or I’d have cancelled for many reasons but mostly due to family medical issues and me not having the time). Also wouldn’t consider this the best program. Had high hopes as I’ve had success with some hypnosis audios in the past. For some people this might work. Not everything works for everyone. But beware they catch you on the renewal with no notice (again, as of this writing), stick staunchly to their T&Cs (I’ve seen companies make exceptions for folks, but these folks will not) and have zero compassion as a result (in my opinion). Sadly, this money could have helped me with a tank of gas to get to my parents.
