Fraudulent charge
Tried to cancel on renewal day and they will not refund my money.
Charged me when I was already cancelled.
The app was a good app however I canceled before the seven day trial. The next month I was charged the full price of $42.41. I contacted the support group, and they told me that I had to cancel within the first 30 days and be unsatisfied with the service for them to issue me a refund. I informed them that I had already canceled this membership and no longer had access to my account. I was told that my account was canceled and that I would have no further charges but they still could not issue me a refund. Unfortunately, I have to count this as a loss, but wanted to inform other people of this as well in case they get charged too.

Don’t do it!!
There is no way to cancel this and they’ll keep charging you even after you cancel, which is a long process, your subscription!!

I tried your app for three months which actually had no impact but none the less, when I tried to contact support, I had no response and all the emails sent have bounced back. To my surprise, my subscription renewed itself at a cost of £99.99. For an app that I am not using. Up to today I have not been able to contact anyone. Shocking!

Nightmare
I subscribed to 3 months period. At the end I was charged for £99 auto renewal for further 3 months. This was not indicated anywhere in the correspondence. I approached the support and was told as it it outside of the 30 days, I can not ask for refund. At no stage there was a message or an email warning me about auto renewal fees. Sadly the app was not very useful so I won’t use it. If I could I would give them 0 stars for the service.

Frustrating cancellation process
I thought I deleted my account. I was charged again. Went into the app, made sure I canceled. I was charged yet again. I emailed support and was told again and again about their terms and conditions. I redownloaded the app after the latest charge and it prompted me to start a whole new account with the same email address. I’m pretty positive that means I fully cancelled my account. At least now I have a paper trail.

Trying to cancel but no option
It would be nice to easily cancel my subscription, yet it seems impossible. I was charged again just a couple days ago and reminded of this …. It was a nice app but didn’t really help. I didn’t like the voice of the hypnosis so it wasn’t helpful for me yet I am still paying months after last using the app.

Laut AGB ist der Sinn und Zweck dieser App lediglich Unterhaltung. Und so ist es auch. Nebenbei bemerkt sogar wenig unterhaltsam. Dafür aber sehr teuer. Und jetzt das, was mich wirklich stört - die Kündigung des Abos wird einem sehr schwer gemacht. Sicher geht es darum, möglichst oft die Kohle einzutreiben. Und jeder gewonnene Abozeitraum stellt dabei einen Gewinn dar. Für mich ist das ein Zeichen für fehlende Seriösität = Scam. Nie wieder

Attention aux arnaques
Il suffit d’appuyer quelque part par erreur et des packs additionnels sont automatiquement facturés. Le SAV ne veut rien rembourser, même si demandé dans la seconde. Une galère et une vraie volonté de se faire de l’argent sur notre dos, malheureusement

Boring meditation//crooks
The meditation repeats the same three openings every time. I mean. Spend a little for a new script. And it doesn't work. And the day after the automatic subscription kicked in without notice, they won't refund.
Fake - do not sign up
Signed up for subscription at a reduced cost, did not get what was offered. Emailed to cancel subscription, email came back as undelivered no valid email address. Have tried going thru PayPal to cancel still no further forward. Say they have no reference of me at all, hmm very strange since I’d been able to listen to the same session on several occasions but no others. Very disappointing.

Avoid this company
It was not made clear to me that I was taking out a subscription and had £89 deducted from my account without prior notice, all emails to the company were unanswered and some even marked as undeliverable! Avoid this company I would not recommend to anyone.
Worst company ever
They manipulate your subscription and charging without your consent for next time and then they don’t refund you back and us don’t even come halfway, they will steal your money. Don’t subscribe
Contact support to cancel
Unapproved charge with no email reminder after I canceled the plan. I didn’t approve the charge and they refused to refund even though I only used the app a couple times in a 6 month period.
Do not try the trail
I have cancelled on the app and through my apple subscription but they are still trying to take 89.99. Emailed their ‘support’ email address and it bounced back. Please listen to the bad reviews!!
Charged after cancellation
I was charged after I cancelled my subscription and when questioned, I was told it isn’t a one time charge and I am past the 30 day refund period. I replied with that fact that I have had my subscription since Jan2025 and have been paying every6 months, so I know it isn’t a one time fee. That’s why I CANCELLED my subscription months ago. The email was rejected. So now I am out $90 and get nothing in return.
