Absolute scam
Tried to cancel. Ended my account in the app. Emailed their support email twice and it bounced back twice. Then they took the next payment. Do not use this!

Declined Subscription, Billed Anyway
I bought a limited package of sessions on one topic. They were well done & I used them a few times, so no knock on the product.
However, I was offered a discounted subscription which I declined. I was billed anyway and the app service is terrible. It did not show as a subscription in Apple (as even their own website said it would) and my initial emails to their support team bounced back.
Due to this poor customer service, I can’t recommend what would otherwise be a decent product.

Trying to cancel
I have given this a chance it is not for me. I would like to cancel but I am unable to even sign in to ask for help. Please cancel both of my subscription services. Thank you
Not great
Whilst the first few sessions are decent at goes downhill. The speaker goes too fast leaving the listener unable to fully get into that trance like hypnosis state. Another contention is the app wouldn’t work for a full week. I contacted support and get the standard reply “sorry, but not sorry; we have your money so….” Overall not a good experience. Reviews on other platforms are just as bad.

Great content/Unauthorized billing
I have absolutely nothing against the Hypnozio app content. It was very useful and helpful. Then the company attempted two $100.34 unauthorized charges. When I contacted their support about these charges, many empty promises were made for satisfaction.
After then being unable to access my account, numerous emails and useless promises for resolution were made.
Today another unauthorized charge was made for $99.34.
Why would a reputable company with quality content attempt such unethical charges when they could have faithful customers with honest business practices? Greed is my assumption.
WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID SUBSCRIBING TO HYPNOZIO.
