Classic Iberia

Constant delayed flights, worst business class in the industry, app always bugging, etc etc etc. They just take advantage of the fact that they have exclusivity in certain routes.
Do not fly Iberia if you can avoid it.

Smooth process

The Iberia app made the check-in process quick, easy, and stress-free. Everything was clear and straightforward, and I was able to check in within minutes. Having my boarding pass readily available in the app made the whole experience very convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant check-in experience.

Lost Reservation and Terrible Customer Service

I made reservations for a flight from Madrid to Barcelona. I had to change the dates on my flight, which I did a month ahead of time over the phone. I received an email confirmation and was charged $250 for the changes. When I tried checking in to my flight, it told me no reservation existed. I called and was told that there was no record of me changing my flight-I offered to forward my confirmation email and was told no. I had to ask them to listen to my recorded call to prove I wasn’t losing. Someone from the “team” was supposed to call me back, understanding how important it was to get on this flight. I have yet to get a call back and had to book another flight for my family of 5. Now I get to argue for a refund. Very unhappy.

Login issues, but app is pretty good if you can access it

The app is pretty useful and has most needed functions, however the app does not support logging in with my Google account like the web site does. Because of this I cannot log into the app, I can only use it as guest. Please add Google login to the mobile app.

Failed App

The App does not seem to work on my iPhone 16. I have the current version of the OS and a new download load of the App. The repeated message is “an error has occurred, try again later.”

Worst app EVER!

This app is the worst I ever used…forms terribly confusing, after you fill them give you always error, it keeps crashing. Clearly developers never tested and try to do checking or anything with it…it sucks

Awful app

I find it incredible that this app has 4 stars. I have used airline apps for years and of the 10 I have this is by far the worse. It asks to resolve flight changes then goes into a death loop without resolution to the website. It did it when I tried to check in so had to wait until I got to the airport. I had to keep putting in my booking reference even though I joined as a club member. The past flights don’t update. Even the woman at the check in desk admitted it was a nightmare!
