Great App!
Some feedback:
1) Could you please fix the currency settings. When changing the currency on the the main screen, it defaults back to the iPhone region. So if the iPhone region is USA, the currency shows usd all the time and the change to euro is never saved in settings.
2) Could you please add live activities ?

Always glitchy
Can’t log in. Reset password link doesn’t work. I’m very good with tech and this is app never works right. Always an issue

Paid change via Expedia - No Booking at Ticket Counter
I made a paid change from 10:45 pm flight to 10:00 am on 13 September MAD to NCE and there was no booking at ticket counter. Young ladies (3) of them had to work with customer service to issue a booking and boarding pass.

Check in app is very difficult - encountered sequence of errors
I feel scammed
I tried to book the same ticket earlier and it was cheaper but it wouldn’t accept my saved card or another 3 cards I tried using. But as soon as the ticket increased in price surprise surprise it took my payment straight away with my saved card.
Difficult navigation
The site makes it very difficult to move around, enter information, and find out how to do the next step.
Dishonest pricing
I transferred some travel points over from my Chase travel portal to purchase a flight that was listed as 20,000 Avios. After my points were already transferred (irreversible) and I selected the flight and got to the checkout screen, they revealed an additional charge of $135 on top of the 20,000 points. Absolutely no mention of that prior.

Failed App
The App does not seem to work on my iPhone 16. I have the current version of the OS and a new download load of the App. The repeated message is “an error has occurred, try again later.” The App does not recognize you when you book your flight or allow you to add a frequent travel partner. This makes the booking and check-in process.

This App makes Iberia Look Bad
The app worked occasionally for me. On my departure flight , It did not let me check in my luggage or pre check or get my tickets on my phone . I had to go to a customer service desk to get my tickets. Then I got the last boarding group.
I will avoid using Iberia in every way possible.
On My return my flight to the USA was turned over to American Airlines and my check-ins and flight tickets came through perfectly.

Glitchy App and terrible customer service
The App doesn't always sync well with online cabinet. To be sure have to check both, in browser and in App. Trying to contact CS via the app took me to out to WhatsApp where operator refused communicating in English and closed the conversation. Had to call instead... Then received and email educating me to be patient. In-app applications for missing points were rejected but then were reinstated and points credited -- again after phone calls. Inflight services were actually always good but the App and CS ux/ui are terrible - if you only speak/read English.

Worst Airline Experience
Iberia lost my bag and acted like I never handed them anything. My cancelled flight got me rerouted to another airline, but Iberia never transferred my bag, then WIPED the tag from their own system so it comes back “invalid” when I try to trace it. No PIR, no report, no accountability. Every call gets bounced between airlines, staff hang up mid-call, no supervisors, nothing. Over a week with zero answers. This isn’t losing luggage, it’s erasing the evidence you ever had it. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Esta aplicación es la definición de esconder todas las cosas útiles. Imposible entender que está pasando con los vuelos o acceder a mi billete. Echadle un ojo an American, United, delta o otra de las americanas y copiadles, no es muy complicado.
Used to be good
This app used to be pretty good. It would always be my first option to manage all my bookings. Now it seems to be broken. I tried to change my flight and the app answered me in Portuguese 🤔. Nothing works.
Sitzplätze sind Abzocke
Wir sind eine Familie von vier Personen, und einer von uns muss 20 ! Reihen entfernt sitzen, obwohl noch alles herum frei ist. Für die Änderung des eines Sitzplatzes müsste man wieder zwischen 30-50 Euro mehr bezahlen- das ist für mich nicht akzeptabel!
