Outdated, clunky, and frustrating to use
The app feels years behind where it should be. Basic account management should be simple, but the whole experience feels slow, messy, and poorly designed. It needs more than a few small updates – it needs to be completely rebuilt from scratch.

Doesn’t recognise my usage and the rest is not fit for purpose. No use at all
