This App is horrible! Lose your $$$ and they blame your carrier! Read below p
Calls and texts just out of the blue stop coming through on family and friends phones and Inmates sales says oh it’s your carrier! But then when it’s “Everyone inside?! Cmon! Stop being lazy and fix the problem, your problem! You have our $$$! You don’t want to refund or switch it over to another phone⁉️SO! IMO that’s stealing! I’ve called them over and over again! They told me last time lol 😆 to use text now 😂🤣 junk! Doesn’t work 1/2 the time! Have to get through all the ads and junk to get to the msgs and I said if you can! Calls are iffy! They have no problem getting your $$$ no mistakes either but if we don’t get our services? Well 🤷♀️ They better fix it and fast! Bc I will have the Jail going back to the other! At least it worked! They deserve 0 stars!

I pay a ton of movie to communicate via phone, text & video calls. Every time we schedule a video it only says "error: failed to reach contact"
This is why you have terrible reviews
Because the app doesn’t actually work. I put money into my account and scheduled a visit a week out and it’s day of visit and still not allowed. Get you’re app together. Do better.
Update: I never got to do my visitation and they are taking over an hour on phone for a refund.

Clear call, or it freezes and won’t allow call at all
Well myself and my friend were delighted at the clarity of our first offsite video visit compared to IC solutions, which is absolutely horrid almost regardless of the Wi-Fi or cellular connection…for that app I have to drive to a parking lot in town where my phone gets flawless signal and hold visits in my truck or the whole thing cuts out and is pixelated and awful… On this app I was able to the visit on my Wi-Fi from my bedroom at home and quality was great, but unfortunately the controls overlay on the screen blocked out his face!! And my face!!! So it was nice that he could see and hear me just fine but he had a big white block over his eyes, and the little postage stamp sized Picture in Picture I had for myself appears to be moveable, but I couldn’t move it because it was overlaid by the “end call” button. but for the second visit, the app froze and the accept call button was overlaid by my little postage stamp picture so it wouldn’t let me hit accept. I tried to back out but it said “call already in progress” except I had no video or audio from him, just a blue screen and a ringing sound and a green accept call button overlaid by my picture. I tried to move my picture but still couldn’t hit accept. It was very frikkin weird to say the least. All of this last minute scrambling to try and fail to get something to work just so I can see my friend and know he’s okay…and then not be able to!! I’m very worried about my friend, he is facing a lot of time & just being able to see him and know hes “okay” calms my anxiety and it calms him down too. Tbh these apps all have me frikkin’ traumatized, literally. Like I’m worried to death and if you are reading this you know your loved one is going crazy in there half the time and they can calm down and feel better when they can see your face and read you and visa versa and with so many things crashing down in their lives, and then scrambling to get help to keep it all together from a jail cell…these bugs are not acceptable. They need us. These companies make enough money to make this work so they ought to. I gave this TWO stars, double what I gave IC Solutions because at least the video call is clear on a reasonable connection….but it still doesn’t work 50% of the time so far. And customer service was closed today when I tried to call. Zoom works just fine & their basic service is FREE…so what gives, dude, really?? I hope they update soon. I’m on a brand new IPhone 13 I bought direct from the AT&T store & it’s up to date so it’s not my equipment. ….smh….really….smh….I had hoped this would work

App keeps saying invalid credentials when I try to login I just made account so I know my login now I can’t do anything at all on it

For some families this is the ONLY form of communication that's available to be able to contact a loved one!!! I'm not sure if you guys(the chumps who have produced what's supposed to be an app)are aware of the inconvenience as well as the unneeded aggravation ur non-functional app generates when trying to do the most simplest task --SCHEDULEING A VISIT--that seems to not be such a hard task on similar apps so I'm not understanding ytf its so complicating to complete on this junk??! It's obvious ur not worried about ur RATE SCORE NOT REVIEWS BCUZ I'VE SEEN NO TRACE OF TRYING TO IMPROVE ANYTHING THAT'S BEEN REQUESTED!!!! SMH.. IF I HAD DIFF OPTIONS I DEF WOULD NOT PICK URZ!!!! Please fix this
Families pay preposterous amounts of money to keep in contact with their loved ones. Calls are choppy, half the time they don’t connect until the third or fourth try, and trying to contact customer service only leads to a busy tone after hearing “all circuits are busy.” Why are we being punished in addition to the person on the inside? Please, please address these issues. I understand you can’t do anything about the cost, and wouldn’t expect you to because we’re at your mercy so that you can profit. But for the love of god, at least make it function properly.

Spent 50 and has not worked one time or even attempted but that’s what I get being nice to others while they walk all over me use me and steal my money!

Negative stars and a migraine
This app is literal garbage. I’ve reset passwords, uninstalled and reinstalled, spoken to customer service. Save yourself the trouble and use your mobile browser or desktop instead
This is ridiculous
I have had to call customer service and got nowhere. I just put money in my account for my mother to call me regarding her medications because they are a need basis. I keep getting told she is offline when I call the jail she is at and make sure she is ready, she is signed in and waiting for me to call her. What is going on here? Why is the video not going through?

I have tried for 2 days to get my video visit to work and I’ve gotten nothing. And of course can’t get any help until Monday morning. So all of his brothers missed seeing him. Let’s me log into inmate sales just fine but won’t let me log into the app for the visit. Extremely unsatisfied and extremely unhappy right now.

Frustrating
I’ve scheduled 3 video visitations and each one didn’t connect even though it showed the person was online and ready for the call. In-person video visitation isn’t allowed at this time so I am extremely frustrated that I cannot communicate with my loved one. The app needs improvements on user friendliness and maybe a “what to expect” page because this can be uncharted territory for a lot of users. At this point I’d rather there be the option to schedule a call without video.

Login fails
Every time I log in through the app it never recognizes my email. I would have to reset my password every time. Garbage app
Took my money and can’t login
I downloaded the app, followed all the instructions, loaded $30.00. Couldn’t book a visit. Closed the app and tried again. Now I can’t login. When I try, a weird message pops up that says “cannot read prop.” Deleted and reinstalled the app but it’s still doing the same thing. So they got my $30.00 and I got nothing.
