bad story
An unpleasant story. I downloaded the app, there is a screenshot that the subscription was cancelled, the money was written off and they do not want to return it. The app was deleted, the account too, they simply stole $49.99!! You can't do that.
Good app but
I enjoyed the app during my free trial period. I cancelled it before the period ended. Unfortunately, the company still charged me the $10 monthly fee and have refused to email me back on the subject, or have ANY form of contact aside from the email. So, one star for thievery.
Issue with Trial
I clicked to do a quiz about narcissistic relationships. I clicked to get charged $1 for a 7 day trial, which I paid, but now I don’t have a subscription?? How can I do the trial let a lone how do I cancel before the end of the 7 days so Im not charged a full subscription??? HELP!!!

Perfect app to deal with anxiety
I’ve been struggling with anxiety for a really long time, but CBT Therapy has been a life-savior for me. The app content is helpful and easy to learn, and the mood tracker helps me understand my feelings day by day. Definitely recommend!

Doesn’t give you a free version only free trail but like cmon
3 day free trial- nope
I was charged right away. No way to contact on the app. Terrible.
Amazing
What a beautiful way to wake up. A way to think in a more positive mindset. I’m just a over thinker I love being able to talk & look at things in a different way. It feels like a friend helping me.

Creators don’t care about helping mental health they just want your money.
Downloaded the app to try the 3 day free trial, then got instantly, charged for the purchase of the app for a year. Decided the app wants for me, as I was also trialling another CBT app, called ‘clarity’ which is much better and I would recommend. I tried to get a refund for the app, which I haven’t used once outside of the free trial, and my refund was denied. I tried to appeal this, explaining the circumstances, and got denied again. So now I’ve given up $90 for a substandard app that I don’t want to use, and can’t get a refund. So that’s tells me those who made this aren’t interested in actually helping. Just making money for themselves. Happy to pay for a product, but not a second rate one. 1 star
