So worth it

I’ve belonged to Jen health for at least five years-I have trouble sticking with a program for consecutive days due to full time work and other life commitments, but what I like about Doc Jen is I can do “mobility snacks” here and there that are really helpful. Also, the response you get when you message for support is phenomenal and very specific to your individual need.

Great Content!!

Jen Health is so much more than I expected, and I HIGHLY recommend!!   When I bought the subscription, I hoped for a few different mobility flows that might help me.  I quickly discovered there is so much incredible content I have only scratched the surface on what I have access to.  I have the annual subscription and plan to renew.

Shoulder

I had a pretty difficult time with the shoulder stretches. I had a giant cell bone tumor in my right humerus in 1980 with a 4”-detachment and detachment of my left arm in 1990 from a fall backwards. It hurts very much to stretch, as this is the first time I have stretched that area in over 40-years. How much should I push it as I have obligations to help care for my next door neighbor who has macular degeneration. Whenever I exert any muscle, they spasm for several days. Any suggestions as I would love to conquer this dilemma .

Absolutely essential for self care!

I found Doc Jen after almost a year of frustration trying to heal a knee injury and years of chronic pain in low back, as well as a list of other issues associated with working out and the tolls on my body from my physical job. I tried everything from physical therapy, trips to orthopedic specialists, mobility and stretch training, dry needling, personal trainers…nothing helped and in fact only caused more swelling and pain. I stumbled on this plan while searching on the AppStore for apps on physical therapy. I tried another which only repeated what I received by going to physical therapy with the same negative results. With Jen I found relief in just one session!! Weeks now in the swelling in my knee is non existent and the pain is all but gone. My low back pain has already greatly improved by just doing the Knee Therapy Plan. Her workout plans, therapy plans and premier programs have one HUGE stand out difference, she is a ‘body whisperer’. She knows how to approach it in ways I never thought to or have ever heard of in all the programs I have used over the years. I swear I have never in all the 30 years I have worked out done a crunch correctly until following her cues!! Btw.. I’m a bodyworker/massage therapist myself going on 21 years. I do know the body and pride myself in always looking outside the box for finding solutions for my clients. This is next level! I have grown as a practitioner now that I’m a member of this system.

Love the platform!

So many targeted videos for our specific needs, I love how Jen gives such helpful cues, she is on point! I am learning so much, and the practices feel great!

Physical Therapy for the Whole Body!

I was looking for ways to improve my form, mobility, and find out why I was getting so many aches and pains. Jen Health is the perfect platform for everything! I completed a premium course for strength and mobility which has led me to discover all the other courses that make my body feel so GOOD plus I’ve developed better awareness of my body and how it moves.

Strengthening my pelvic floor gave me an awesome birthing experience

JenHealth is the bomb! I was mid pregnancy for my second baby, and had some pelvic floor pain and tenderness. My pelvic floor was weak from my first baby, but I continued to neglect strengthening and caring for it because I just thought I would be fine and the pain was normal. I finally decided that I could not ignore my pain any longer, and signed up for JenHealth’s pelvic floor program. I was skeptical, but just decided to commit. I was pleasantly surprised and so grateful to find that as the program went on, my pain and tenderness decreased. I learned so much about breath work and how it impacts my pelvic floor. I also learned great exercises that I could easily do while playing on the floor with my toddler. As my due date drew near, I felt stronger and more confident to take on birth round 2. JenHealth was a big part of me having an amazing (fast and relaxing) laboring experience, and we welcomed our sweet baby girl with no complications! They also have an awesome and personal customer service experience. They helped me out a ton when I had accidentally purchased something I did not intend to, and were so kind and gracious to refund me. Love this company and the people who are behind it.

This app has great mobility programs. Jen walks through gentle and empowering exercises that can be adapted to different levels of fitness or flexibility.

Do this for you

This is a great app with a ton of content. You really need to dedicate yourself to making the time each day to do this for yourself. It isn’t a ton of time but it has to be consistent. You will feel so much better!

Physical therapy at home!!

This is the next best thing to actually going to physical therapy. I started with her Hip plan and have improved my mobility so much.

This app has been instrumental for improving my hip mobility and stability! I’ve been following DocJen for years, and her expertise truly shines through in this program. I’ve been doing the 30day Hip Plan and the exercises are thoughtfully designed, with specific considerations for those with hypermobility, which I really appreciate. The guided routines are easy to follow, and the focus on safe, controlled movements has helped me build strength without overextending my joints. It’s a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their mobility while staying mindful of individual needs. Highly recommend!

THE MISSING PIECE

After suffering an ankle, running injury that led to severe nerve pain and SI joint pain I began my search for healing.
During these past 4 years , I was able to find @JenHealth! I committed to the January 2025 Hip Plan. After just 1 week, I have SO much more awareness and appreciation for my body, more range of motion in my joints, and flexibility in my muscles. Refund policy garbage

Purchased a course, couldn’t access it on the app or online, READ the fine print… one week refund policy… garbage!

Cannot access content

Twice now I have attempted to subscribe to this app ($30/month) and have then been unable to access content. Customer service is initially responsive but then ghosts me when they “can’t find” my account. This is even after sending them screenshots of my subscription and credit card statement. Very frustrating, especially bc I have been in pain and have actually wanted to access the exercises. It may be a good program, but I would have no way of knowing that based on my experience.
