App looks like it was made in 1980 and it’s not user friendly at all.

You almost have to be standing on top of the unit for the app to work even with 3+ bars. 🥴

Best thing ever
I was able to install the system myself. The company helped me with the settings and my water feels is so soft. It feels like taking a shower with lotion.

Good app. Wish it would notify me when salt level drops too low.
False reporting
My unit shows water use while we’re away and the water main is off. Also, cannot seem to find when last backwash occurred. Somewhat disappointed with this app.

This app works great for controlling and seeing data on our US water systems softener.

The app works well and allows for updating and monitoring the iron filter without a the cryptic interface on the unit.
Works but clunky and basic
It’s simple but it works. Very old school looking app. If you’re using it to regenerate your water softener, it works but a little confusing and clunky, but it works.
Review of aeration filter and cabinet water softener
We have purchased both a water softener and an aeration filter from a local wholesale dealer. After getting these things connected and flushed out. The units are working as good as they had advertised and the water quality has been transformational as we are on a well water system we are very happy with the system and the controls through the phone or an iPad make working on this stuff that much easier I would recommend purchasing these items.the water quality has been transformational

Bluetooth functionality is very very poor

Softener Issues
System always seems to be different on Bluetooth report vs looking at unit . Unit and software reports don’t match up. Both units. Bought thru third party Pro Air group. No tutorial ever given.
2.5 year purchase. Would love to know how to contact the softener company directly so that someone can give us better instructions and tell us the warranty information on these units. We paid a lot of money for these.

Connection issues
I’ve had this unit for about 3 months and it constantly will not connect and it seems like it is flushing 400 gallons once a month and causing my water to be shut off. If this usage is accurate it is very wasteful.
