Insurance scam, 4 stars so review is actually seen
This service is supposed to be in place of having to go spend hours at a drs office, urgent care or ER. Instead, EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are unhelpful, give bad advice and do not know what they’re talking about. I think life health is using cracker jacks doctors and not real ones that actually know what they’re talking about.

Atrocious experience with customer service. They will double bill and refuse to refund your money. Your insurance and you will end up paying $118.00 for a $59.00 bill because of their poor billing practices. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to pay double for subpar treatment! Customer service will give you six different answers from six different people. At the end of the day, your issue will not be resolved.

Not working
Cannot even log in. The email functionality for confirming email never sends. Not a good experience when trying to do an urgent care visit.
Gas lit
I’m so over doctors gas lighting me and treating me horribly. When I come to you for help drop your snarky attitude.
Absolute garbage
I’ve given this app over a year to get better and it’s only gotten worse. The most recent “feature” is the keyboard covers the text you’re typing when trying to message a provider.
Horrible audio connection
While this app does connect me to my therapist. The connection quality is horrible, the audio keeps cutting out every so often making it nearly impossible to speak with my therapist. Is this getting fixed or do I need to keep leaving bad reviews until someone in your IT department actually sees this?

Do not use
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I visited your office earlier today and have still not received my doctor’s note. The note also does not indicate that I was seen during my appointment today.
I was seen at 9:30 this morning, and I find it difficult to understand why it would take up to 24 hours to provide a simple doctor’s note that I need to submit to my employer.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I believe this reflects poor customer service

Insurance scam
Most of the providers you speak with don’t seem to give a care about you and will spend a few minutes with you before going, oh you need to go to see a physical doctor, or will say they can’t do antibiotics if it’s been less than 6 months since you had any. So you pay, sit and wait forever just for a 5 minute video call with someone that couldn’t give a care about you. This service is a scam.

Impossible to log in
I created an account and then tried to log in using said account, and the login page I was directed to refreshed itself rapidly 10 times. Impossible to log in even after fully resetting the app. Very disappointed. I’m just trying to pay a medical bill.

When service fails and you need your money back, customer service gets rude, they hang up on you and seem unconcerned with whatever your case may be. DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP, DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE and when you need your money back, Good Luck!
Fantastic Option
I’ve used this app and service for several years to address minor medical needs. I’ve always been happy with the providers and have always received the medication and work or school notes as discussed during the visit. This cuts down on health care costs and transmission of viruses. Love love love it!!

My online appointment felt rushed and I’ve yet to hear back from the online doctor about my lab results. It is also nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. I was also given a referral for a colonoscopy and I am now being charged for it due to them not charging my insurance correctly. The referral seemed useless due to improper coding or something. This has been a most unideal experience overall and I cannot whole heartedly refer anyone to this service. What a major disappointment.

Absolutely horrible
This is awful! Tried to get an appointment, none available, called, no one got back to us, called again talked to supervisor was told we would hear back with an appointment no later than a week. Never heard anything. Filed a complaint online and was told I had to call again (when you call the wait is always more than a half hour) Finally gave up!

Awful
I had issues on two separate occasions. The first I was misdiagnosed and never received the medicine they said they were going to send (although they were with the misdiagnosis still never sent anything). I ended up having to go into urgent care after I told them my symptoms and showed them on the visit. My husband now tried them and they said they were going to sends medicine in. We are waiting 2 days later still no medicine sent in, so now we’re going to urgent care again. What is the point of this service????

After numerous attempts to set up telemed visit App doesn’t work
App is cool but minor bug
Really helpful and cheap for some medical advice. But it keeps popping up a dialog box every couple minutes telling me a new version of the app is available even though i just downloaded it
Huge scam
Half the so called doctors have no manners, are rude and point you elsewhere. If you’ve had antibiotics in the last SIX months they won’t help you. Half the time they won’t help anyways and you have to go see another provider. It’s a waste of time money and insurance.
Bad
Worst app, didn’t let me join the session and I had to reschedule the appointment 3 times. Asking the same questions after answering before even talking to someone.
Broken
The app used to work, but these days you can’t make an appointment because the screen freezes up and you can’t scroll down to click the continue button. The whole thing is a waste of time.
