Very Helpful!

I was easily able to find the foods i can enjoy as well as the high FODMAP foods I should try to not consume. Definitely very helpful.

Not sure about accuracy

I was happy with the app until I noticed that it didn’t necessarily jive with Monash food info – for example I’ve been eating blueberries they list as low FODMAP and I checked it here and it says high FODMAP. Until now I’ve mostly been relying on this app, but I’ve lost confidence.

I wanted to try it…

If you start by asking for personal info (more than what I ate) it’s a HARDSTOP. Regardless of whether the developer told Apple they aren’t nefarious. I’m just sick of all of it. You need it to provide what? Recommend daily nutrition? To track my progress? To provide reasonable or unreasonable goals? I just wanted a fodmap friendly diet and to track micronutrients. What does my age, weight, shoe size matter???

Response from developer

We completely understand your frustration with apps asking for personal details. To clarify: our app does not share or track your information — everything stays only on your device. The reason we ask for things like age, weight, and activity level is simply to make calorie and nutrition calculations accurate, following guidelines from the National Institutes of Health. Without that context, the app couldn’t give meaningful daily recommendations or track progress effectively. That said, if your main goal is just to log a FODMAP-friendly diet or check micronutrients, you can still use the app for food tracking — the extra details are only used to personalize nutrition advice. The only optional permission we might ask for is Apple Health sync, and that’s entirely under your control. Your privacy matters to us, and we’ve made sure all of this is clearly explained in our policy.

Very enlightening

Informative and helpful in choosing what I eat.

Just started

I just found out about the FODMAP downloaded many apps and this one by far is the best and easiest to navigate Thank you!!
I hope you can make this up bigger and better as in recipes a community. I think most of Not all would be more than happy to pay for your help!
