Best App for FODMAP diet

We find this so easy to use, on the phone at a touch of a button. Easy to look through ingredients and then check the app to know what is red and what is green.
When you have something that upsets the system then it’s back to green in main screen only and this resets.
Not everything included but 90% of what we buy and try.
Has made life easier for me the cook to navigate things for my husband.
Have recommended this app to a lot of suffering friends.

Great . Very helpful

This app was shared with me and I am so thankful I have this app , as I navigate The Low FODMAP diet :-)

Not good

Same reference data as β€œFast fodmap” app.? Conflicting and redundant food search items. Garbage.

So helpful

I suffer from IBS celiac and diabetes so when this app was suggested to me I was over the moon. I pull it up all the time . It is very helpful

Not for the Red-Green Colorblind

Brilliant app. Exactly what I was looking for. Extensive list of foods. However, the chosen colors are useless to me, as someone with daltonism. Thankful for the Filters, but very much wish an alternative color scheme setting was available.
