Doesn’t show the dental coverage details in my app..
App not working
Says account number isn’t on file when it is and it won’t allow me to submit a claim. Very disappointing and frustrating

Ease of Expense Claim
Manulife App is very nicely setup to claim expenses very efficiently without any hassle. Love it.

Previously it worked very well, two months when I opened it again, it stopped at the homepage and never went into the login page.

Impossible to submit claims
This app makes it so hard to submit claims. You have to submit the receipt but you also have to input every single thing that is on the receipt. When I was with another provider you just submit the receipt and the amount and you were paid within 24 hours. It’s so frustrating.
Terrible app
The app never shows your coverage. Not the most user friendly either.
Loops
Doesn’t say to not add zeros at the start of plan and member numbers. Also goes in a loop after agreeing to t&cs. Even signing out and in again doesn’t help. Very difficult to stay in.

App closes as soon as it logs on. Deleted app, including its data. Check my iOS is current. Reboot phone, download newest version of the app.. NOTHING! Have to use the actual site..
Getting better
Lot of things are good with the app. Please add the functionality of paying to the HSA directly based on the pending balance on the claim.

Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. When you submit your claim there is an option on the form that says 'Pay me with', if you pick Health plan then HCSA it will automatically pay the remainder outstanding through HCSA without have to submit anything additional.
